Letter to Chinese Ambassador: Reposted

The horrors of abortion aren’t the exclusive domain of America.  China’s One Child Policy has resulted in hundreds of millions of forced abortions since 1980.  While we allow thousands of unborn children to be killed every day in America, tens of thousands are killed on a daily basis in China.

Back in September of 2013 I figured that since I was pissing off the pro-abortion crowd in my home country, why not piss off a few people in China too.  The way I see it, a dead child is still a dead child no matter where its life began or who determined it should be killed.  Our government goes through the motions of chastising China for human rights abuses but never brings up the issue of abortion.  Maybe that’s because we allow over a million of our own children to be killed every year by an abortion industry that makes billions of dollars.

On the surface, China and America seem to be economic powerhouses and successful societies; but when you take a hard look at how they treat the most vulnerable among them, their unborn children, it’s a different picture.  So called civilized societies, that kill their own, are doomed to fail.  In the following letter, written on September 27, 2013, I attempted to make this point to the Chinese Ambassador to the United Nations.  Based on his lack of response, I can only assume that he doesn’t agree.

Attn:    Ambassador Zhang Yesui

September 27, 2013

Mr. Ambassador:

My country allows over 3,000 unborn children to be killed every day, most of them simply as a matter of convenience.  Your country demands that over 10 times this number of children be killed every day under your One Child Policy.  You force women to have abortions against their will and coerce others to kill their children shortly after birth in order to avoid being fined or jailed for having too many children.  Sir, every American and Chinese child is inherently endowed with the right to be born.

While abortion is a matter of choice in America, it is required by law in China.  Whether by choice or by law, abortion is wrong in every instance and every child that dies in this manner forever diminishes both our countries.  Mr. Ambassador, life, like water, flows naturally as it seeks its proper balance.  Interfering with the flow of life is unnatural and, if continued, will ultimately lead to the destruction of societies that allow their unborn children to be killed.  Just look at the population imbalance between males and females in China.  Sex-selective abortion, where, in your country, female babies are aborted so the family can try to have a boy, has resulted in a 20% male to female population disparity.

Mr. Ambassador, the abortion numbers in our counties are staggering.  Since 1973, with the passage of Roe v Wade, nearly 56,000,000 unborn children have been killed in America.  Estimates put the number of dead children in China since your One Child Policy was implemented in 1980 at over 350,000,000.  The death toll for children killed by abortion in both our countries eclipses the death toll of all the wars ever fought in the history of the world.

In what sane world should a government or any human being decide how many children a family is allowed to have before they are forced to kill their other children?  Should a culture encourage parents to abandon their newborn children, knowing they will die a lonely, horrible death, out of fear of being punished for having too many children?

Mr. Ambassador, both our countries have a lot of work to do.  Our economies are crumbling; our governments are too big and too powerful, and most importantly, both have lost the respect and reverence for the sanctity of every human life.  Sir, my goal in life was to end abortion in America.  Now it is to end abortion in the world.  Every child, no matter where it is, no matter what its circumstances, is entitled to the most basic and most important of all human rights; the right to life.

With or without your help, I intend to end abortion in America and the world.  With or without your help, the children of the world will never give up in their quest to do just one thing; live.

My letters are published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  Should you choose to reply, I’ll publish your reply, unedited.

Contradictions

Planned Parenthood and its ilk promote what they call “safe abortions.”  They rely on our ignorance and gullibility when they try to convince us that a procedure specifically designed to kill a human being is safe.   They know that practicing truth in advertising would be a much tougher sell if they called the service they provide “brutally murdering your unborn child for money”.  The abortion industry is very good at what they do.  They should be.  They’ve had nearly 60 million opportunities to practice.

The abortion industry survives on contradictions, deception, and lies.  They accuse the pro-life side of waging a war on women because we don’t believe a woman has the right to choose to have her child killed.  They say we’re waging a war on women when over half the babies they kill are little girls.  Planned Parenthood’s motto is “Care, No Matter What”, when all they really care about is how many babies they can kill and how much money they can make doing it. The abortion industry operates on a foundation of moral bankruptcy while claiming the moral high ground in women’s health care.

Even though science has conclusively proven that life begins at conception, Planned Parenthood would have you believe that the tiny humans they kill are anything but human and anything but alive.  To most of us, life is priceless. To Planned Parenthood, a life is only worth the price they can get for ending it.  They’re willing to resort to anything to make it easier to have your unborn child killed, and have a long history of lying, cheating, and breaking the law to carry on the mission of their racist, eugenicist founder.  As the darling of the far left, Planned Parenthood is held up as the model of social responsibility and the accepted solution when a woman wants to make that little problem just go away.

Planned Parenthood operates as a non-profit organization while making billions from the suffering and death of innocent children, all while receiving over half a billion dollars every year from the U.S. taxpayers.  They fight for legislation that favors their industry of death and smear anyone working to save their innocent victims.  They publish fancy brochures filled with smiling faces and promises of confidential reproductive health services.  What you won’t see are pictures of the blood and the babies they kill daily at a clip of about one every minute and a half.  Planned Parenthood promises quality care while preying on vulnerable young women.  They’ll provide what they call “abortion care” to girls under age 18 with a school ID or current class schedule as proof of age.

Even though abortion is the cash cow of Planned Parenthood, it’s hardly ever mentioned in their literature.  It seems that even though they are the leading cause of death for unborn children in America, they choose to promote themselves as a health care provider.  When you kill human beings for money you can call it anything you want; the end result remains the same.  The world is full of contradictions and obvious truths.  You can choose to live in the truth or bury your head in the sand of contradictions.

What’s in a Word?

The current occupant of the White House refers to abortion as a woman’s “core constitutional right.”  I’ve read the constitution numerous times and must have missed the section that affirms one’s right to kill an innocent child right up to the moment of its birth.  Our words have consequences just like our actions do.  President Obama’s words and actions confirm that he is the most abortion-friendly President in history.  He claims to be pro-choice as part of the narcissistic charade he has thrust upon our nation for over 6 years now.   Pro-choice and pro-abortion are one and the same.  If you endorse a woman’s right to choose to have her child killed, you are pro-abortion.  If you’re pro-abortion, at least you have the courage to say what you believe; however misguided your beliefs may be.

I’m proudly, unapologetic about my pro-life views.  There is no wiggle room in pro-life.  Either you’re pro-life without exception, or you’re pro-choice; and pro-choice means you don’t oppose the elective killing of innocent children.  Words have meaning and the words we speak and the words we believe not only affect our lives, but the lives of countless others.  The words we don’t have the courage to speak also affect our lives and the lives of others.  If the words I write on behalf of the pro-life movement offend anyone; so be it.  If the words I write about the ugly truth of abortion make those on the fence about this grisly practice uneasy; good.

The words I write are not written in an effort to pander to those who agree with me.  My work and my mission in life are to find the right words to convince those on the other side to take a leap of faith to the pro-life side.  There is no gray area between being alive and being dead.  You can’t be a little bit pro-life any more than you can be pro-abortion; but only in so called special circumstances.  If you’re not all in for life then you are an enabler for those who feel abortion on demand is a woman’s right.  The abortion industry relies on clever word games to convince us that an unborn child isn’t a child until it is born.  They know that speaking the truth and admitting that their only interest is killing as many unborn children as possible for as much money as possible will be their undoing.

What’s in a word?  Our Creator moved mountains and created a universe with words. As human beings, we can change attitudes and change the world with nothing more than words.  In the pro-life movement our words confirm our beliefs and communicate our vision for a world where every child is guaranteed its right to life from the moment of conception.  The words and actions of those of us in the pro-life community are all that stands between our unborn children and a blood-thirsty abortion industry.  Choose your words carefully.  It’s a matter of life and death.

December 26, 2014

This time last year I was feeling confident.  Something was telling me that the end of the abortion industry was near, so I took a leap of faith and predicted that Planned Parenthood would be closing its doors in 2014.  While 2014 isn’t over yet, I may have gotten a little ahead of myself.   I still have the feeling that the end is near for the abortion industry, but I won’t put a timeline on it.

When I wrote this letter I asked Cecile Richards if Planned Parenthood gave its employees bonuses for exceeding their planned body count.  Little did I know at the time that they do.  In what kind of twisted world does an organization provide incentive bonuses to its employees for killing more innocent children?

As I wrote this letter the day after Christmas last year, I knew in my heart that I would spend the rest of my life, if necessary, to end the practice of abortion.  My determination has not wavered and I’m committed to changing minds and saving lives, however long it takes.

Ms. Richards:

I hope you and your employees at Planned Parenthood had a wonderful Christmas.  I also hope you and all your employees took the time this Holiday season to reflect on what you do for a living and the suffering and death that occurs every day in your clinics.  America’s abortion industry will kill over 1.2 million unborn children before we celebrate another Christmas.  Planned Parenthood will kill over 300,000 of them.  How you and your staff can look your children in the eyes before you go to work every day is beyond my level of understanding.

Ms. Richards, as a businessman I have to forecast how much work I intend to do and how much money I plan to make every year.  Have you prepared your forecast of how many children your organization plans to kill next year?  Does Planned Parenthood give its employees bonuses for exceeding your projected body count?  What metrics, other than body count and the amount of money you manage to fleece the American taxpayers out of, do you use to determine whether you have had a productive year?

Ms. Richards, I believe in going big or not going at all.  I also believe in the power of intention.  I intend to close the doors of Planned Parenthood forever in 2014.  Just in case you’re wondering how I will close you down; I haven’t a clue. I know it will be done without violence, within the law, and with the help of a higher power.  Who knows; maybe the right person will read one of my letters and set a chain of events into motion that none of us can even imagine.  Maybe next year the pro-life movement will reach the critical mass needed to invoke unprecedented changes in our society and a quantum level of understanding of the true value of every human life.  Maybe the 56 million children aborted in America since 1973 will collectively petition our Creator to soften the hearts of the pro-abortion crowd and return our country to a place where every new life is a welcomed addition.  Whatever it takes to end the killing, we need it now.

As I enter my 60th year in a few weeks, I’m paying more attention to what’s really important.  Money, success, and material possessions are all temporal, and of no intrinsic value in the big scheme of things.  How you conduct your life and the impact and impressions you make on the lives of others are what’s really important.  Human life is the most miraculous creation in a timeless and endless Universe and dedicating one’s life to preserving and protecting it is a worthy calling.

Ms. Richards, closing your doors is my life’s mission and I welcome the fight as a happy warrior.

As always, my letters to you are published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  Write back and I’ll publish it, unedited.

Perspective

The last few weeks have been a very stressful time for me at work, and based on my workload, I don’t see it getting any better any time soon.  At this stage of my life I’ve learned to look at the big picture and view things in perspective during times like this.  While I may not be having fun at work these days, it could be worse.  Every day that I think I’m overworked or over stressed more than 3,000 unborn children are murdered in their mothers’ wombs in America. It seems that in the big scheme of things my problems just aren’t that important.

My stressful job provides me the means to contribute to worthy charities and to spoil my grandsons.  I look at every day at work as 1 less day I have to wait before I can pursue my goal of working on a full time basis to end abortion.  Knowing that 3,000 innocent children will die every day that I fail to convince the abortion industry to close its doors is actually much more stressful to me than the travail I encounter at work.  Not an hour goes by that I don’t think about the suffering and death that our unborn children endure every day.

My problems pale in comparison to those of millions of innocent civilians in the Middle East living in the path of the death and destruction being wrought by the brutal thugs of ISIS.  While I worry about bid deadlines and signing contracts, they worry about having their families killed by a gang of social misfits who think it’s cool to wreak murder and havoc in the name of a twisted ideology.  Unfortunately, murder and havoc aren’t the exclusive domain of murderous goons like ISIS.  Planned Parenthood and America’s abortion industry will end over a million innocent lives this year; far more than the Jihadist lunatics of ISIS could ever dream of.

Perspective is corrupted by ignorance and denial.  The average American is rightly appalled by the beheading of an innocent journalist but blissfully ignorant of the fact that during the week the beheading story  controls the news cycle over 20,000 innocent children will die in our nation’s abortion mills.  The death of one innocent human being is reported and analyzed 24/7, with the pundits debating its root cause and remedies; and all the while America’s abortion industry continues to churn out a steady stream of dead children.  In a sane world the weekly murder of over 20,000 children would garner more attention than the latest attempt by losers like ISIS to incite terror among the masses. It all comes down to perspective.

My problems at work will pass.  The children who had the misfortune of entering a Planned Parenthood clinic today will be dead forever.  Perspective is all about how we view any given set of circumstances or events against another .  A bad day at work, or a bad day at the abortion clinic; which one really matters?

May 23, 2014

Last May I had just begun my letter writing campaign to end abortion.  My second grandson had just passed the halfway point towards his birth, and my frustration that he could still be legally killed in the country I love was maddening.  The abortion industry wants you to think that having your unborn child killed is a neat, clean, natural experience.  They would never willingly expose the brutal details of a late term abortion.  In the following letter, I reminded the President what he and his pro-abortion followers endorse when they support and advocate for the abortion industry.

Dilation and Evacuation sounds so much better than ripping a living human being to shreds.  Whatever you call it, the end result is a dead child that suffered an agonizing death before being disposed of like yesterday’s trash.  My letter of May 29, 2013 was the 6th in a series that will not end until his Presidency does.  The White House didn’t reply the first time around.  Maybe they will this time.

The White House

Washington, D.C.  20500

Attn:    President Barack Obama

 May 29, 2013

 Mr. President:

My yet to be born grandson is 24 weeks old.  During the sonogram in his 18th week of life we watched in awe as he moved his fully formed arms, legs, toes, and fingers.  We watched his beating heart as he sucked his thumb and played with his ear.  We watched him move in response to his mother’s voice and witnessed the faintest hint of a smile on his little lips as if he already knows how much he is loved.

Mr. President, it’s now 6 weeks later, and my daughter could walk into any abortion clinic in my State and have my grandson legally murdered should she be so inclined.  At 24 weeks gestation, the abortionist’s preferred method of murdering a child is a relatively innocuous sounding procedure called Dilation and Evacuation.  Please indulge me as I briefly explain the brutality of this procedure.

After administering drugs to dilate the mother’s cervix, a plastic 1” bore catheter is inserted into the amniotic sac surrounding the baby.  The catheter is then connected to a vacuum device and the amniotic fluid is drained.  The abortionist then uses a Sopher clamp to methodically dismember the living child.  A Sopher clamp is a 13” long stainless steel device with 2” serrated jaws at the end.  The abortionist inserts the Sopher clamp into the birth canal until he feels the baby and then clamps down, twists, and rips out whatever body part he encounters first.  It may be a tiny arm, a leg, sometimes the baby’s fully intact head, a hand, or a foot.  The abortionist continues to dismember the child until nothing is left but a surgical tray full of body parts that was a living human being just minutes earlier.

Mr. President, I can’t imagine the agony an innocent child must experience while being murdered in this manner and my eyes are filled with tears as I realize that hundreds of American children suffer this same type of excruciating death every day in our nation’s abortion mills.

Sir, we are better than this and our children deserve to be loved and protected, not brutally murdered for the sake of convenience.  We will all be judged on how we treat the weakest and most vulnerable among us and we all know the difference between right and wrong.

Mr. President, I think it is safe to assume that you and I disagree on just about everything; however I’m begging you to speak out in defense of our unborn and newly born children.  Sir, I also ask you, with all due respect, isn’t it ironic that everyone in favor of abortion was allowed to be born?  Please help us end infanticide in America.

Personhood: Reposted

A little over a year ago I wrote a piece titled Personhood.  To America’s abortion industry, Personhood is a four letter word.  It represents everything they refuse to acknowledge.  Personhood rightly conveys living, human status to an unborn child, thereby invoking the protection of their right to life under our Constitution.  Planned Parenthood would have you believe that an unborn child does not become a living human being until they say it does.  Personhood means to them that they will have to stop killing babies for money and get a real job.

On a week during which the Supreme Court upheld ObamaCare, the abortion industry’s best friend, and trashed our Constitution with several other acts of legislation from the bench, I felt today was a good time to revisit the reality of personhood, and reflect on the most important of all our rights; the right to life.  Essential, divinely ordained human rights can’t be changed or created out of thin air by a cadre of 9 tenured for life jurists, overreaching their authority on the whims of political correctness.

Personhood is granted at conception, at the same instant every new life is granted the gift of life.  The following piece, written on May 1 of last year, states my case for personhood.  Nothing will ever change my position on personhood and I will continue to fight for every unborn child’s right to life; for as long as it takes.

Personhood:

The Alabama Supreme Court’s recent ruling that unborn children are afforded personhood and equal protection under the law, as guaranteed by the 14th Amendment, may be the death-knell for abortion.  If an unborn child is afforded constitutional protection at every stage of its life, Roe v Wade is rendered mute; case closed.  I can stop writing letters.  Planned Parenthood is done.  If only it were so easy.  Planned Parenthood and America’s abortion industry will spend millions to overturn this ruling.  They know that once an unborn child is legally determined to be a living human being, i.e. a person, abortion will be defined under the law as something it already is; murder.  This is a very important step and one that I believe is a quantum leap forward for the pro-life movement.

I’m convinced that the knuckleheads we send to Washington won’t end abortion.  It’s up to the states to make this happen.  Organizations like the National Right to Life Committee and Personhood USA will end the killing.  NARAL calls Personhood USA an extreme anti-choice group.  Translated, that means Personhood USA respects every unborn child’s right to life.  Personhood measures are on the 2014 ballots in North Dakota and Colorado.  The abortion industry is scared and I like it.  There is no morally or ethically based reason to fight legislation that will codify the obvious; that an unborn child is a living human being.  Planned Parenthood President, Cecile Richards recently said that she didn’t consider her 3 children to be alive until the moment of their birth.  What, pray tell, did she think was growing and kicking inside her other than a living human being?

All the abortion industry has to work with is misinformation and denial.  They can’t be truthful about what they do and why they do it because they know that the ugly truth that they kill babies for money will put them out of business.  They know that killing babies is a multi-billion dollar business and that most people would be appalled at the extent of the slaughter in our country.  They don’t want the average American to know that another baby is killed every 26 seconds in the greatest country on earth.  They don’t want the average American to know that at 20 weeks and older an unborn baby can feel the pain of being killed.

Planned Parenthood and America’s abortion industry don’t want unborn children to be considered human.  They want you to believe that you become human only at the moment of your birth.  They want you to believe that a full-term, fully viable baby is not human until it completely leaves its mother’s body.  They want you to believe that this full-term baby can be delivered with only the very top of its head still in the birth canal, and then have its skull punctured and its brain suctioned from its body.  They want you to call this procedure partial-birth abortion; not murder.

I support a woman’s right to choose just about anything other than choosing to have her baby killed.  I believe that every baby is a living human being from the moment of conception and that its right to life is inviolable.  Humans are persons.  Babies are human.  Babies are persons.  Personhood places them off-limits to the abortionist.

Letter to John Q. Public

John/Jane Q. Public

Dreamland, USA

 April 19, 2014

 Mr./Ms. Public:

I know you’re busy.  We all are.  Trying to make a living and raising a family, while dealing with an increasingly oppressive government, leaves precious little time for anything else.  Most of you don’t know, and some just don’t care, that while we go about our daily lives, dealing with the problems that affect only our lives, thousands of unborn children are being killed in our country every day.

Planned Parenthood and America’s abortion industry are counting on enough Americans remaining silent so they can continue to kill over 1 million innocent children every year.  They know that a massive outcry against an industry that makes billions of dollars killing baby boys and girls will bring an end to the slaughter and an end to their gravy train.

Our complacency has allowed 56 million unborn and newly born children to be killed since 1973 in a country that claims to represent freedom and the Right to life for all.  Our continued complacency will allow another innocent child to be killed every 26 seconds to feed the bloodlust of a brutal abortion industry and the accepted social norms of a country that encourages an entitlement mentality while discouraging personal responsibility.

If enough of us continue to do nothing, our lives will go on, and 3,500 new ones will end every day.  Most of us would fight to the death to protect our children, so why won’t we simply speak out to protect any child?  At 60 years old I’m at a certain stage of development in my life.  At 3 years and 8 months respectively, my grandsons are both at certain stages of development in their lives.  We’re all living human beings and have all been so since the moment of our conception.  Every unborn child killed today, tomorrow, or the next day are just the same; living human beings at a certain stage of development in their universally unique lives.

If we do nothing to stop the killing we do nothing but further devalue every human life.  How can you help?  Contact your Senators and ask them to bring the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act up for a vote in the Senate.  Ask them to pass the bill and to over-ride President Obama’s promised veto.  Support pro-life political candidates in the upcoming elections.  Contact your state representatives and ask them to support pro-life legislation on the state level.

Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said “If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.”  If we don’t stand for life, what will we stand for?  I stand for life and will fight for our children until my dying breath.  I respectfully ask that you do the same.

Letter to President Obama #75

Many years ago I served in the U.S. Air Force, where I swore an oath to die in defense of my country if need be.  Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined at the time what the country I love would turn into.  I never would have dreamed that the country I defended would end up killing 1 out of every 3 babies before they could be born.  I never would have thought we would end up electing an utterly unqualified President solely on the basis of him delivering one good speech that someone else wrote.  And never would I have imagined that this abject failure of a President would have a bumbling buffoon like Joe Biden as his second in command.

Our current President is the most pro-abortion President in our history.  Today’s letter points out something I’ve touched on before; something I’m quite sure he would rather not talk about.  America has a lot of things that need fixing.  Our economy is shot.  Personal responsibility, morality, and basic respect for the Right to life for every human being have been diluted by an ‘instant gratification’ society that glorifies violent entertainment, and in the process desensitizes itself to the real thing.

March 31, 2014

 Mr. President:

I must admit that as the most pro-abortion President in history, you have never wavered in your support of the abortion industry.  I wonder if your brain-dead base or most Americans in general, are aware that you voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act 3 times while serving in the Illinois State Senate.

The Born Alive Infant Protection Act was straight forward in its purpose.  It was a bill designed to insure that babies who were fortunate enough to survive a botched abortion would be given emergency medical care, and quite possibly survive in spite of the abortionist’s best efforts.  Your vote was No 3 times, and your convoluted logic for doing so is quite revealing.  You expressed your fear that if the baby was recognized as a living human being it would be afforded personhood and constitutionally protected from being killed, thereby voiding Roe v Wade; the holy grail of America’s abortion industry.  Instead of voting to save these babies’ lives you chose to follow the standard protocol for these cases and just let them die.

The standard procedure in these cases was barbaric, to say the least.  The newly born baby would either be horribly burned by the attempted chemical abortion or suffering massive trauma, and possibly missing limbs from the abortionist’s failed attempts to dismember it. These tiny victims would sometimes be placed in a cold steel surgical tray and set aside to die alone.  In some instances they would be placed on a towel in a supply closet and left to die.  In other cases the still living child would be placed in a sealed container such as a large jar or other container filled with alcohol, and the result is too horrific to even describe.

Mr. President, this is what you stand for.  You support and condone the actions of Planned Parenthood and America’s abortion industry and the blood of these children is on your hands.  During your watch over 10 million unborn children will die a grisly and unnecessary death by abortion, and you won’t lift a finger to stop even 1 of them.

When I was a naive young man I always thought the President of the United States would be a man or woman of impeccable character, unquestionable integrity, and selfless in their dedication to serve all humanity.  Boy was I wrong.  Mr. President, most of the damage you’ve done can be undone once you’re shown the door.  The 3,500 children killed every day by America’s abortion industry will be dead forever, and nothing I do can bring any of them back.

What I can promise to you, and more importantly to God, is that I will not rest until the slaughter of our children ends.

As always, my letters to you are published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  Write back and I’ll publish it, unedited.

Reflections #2

Back in October of 2010 I was hoping that the Obama administration’s stranglehold on America’s government would be broken in the upcoming mid-term elections.  I had been researching his history on abortion and was concerned that the longer he had unfettered power, the more unborn children would die.  At the time I was writing for several different blogs and websites and never actually finished the following piece.  It was a rough draft of a pro-life article I intended to clean up and add to, but it never happened.  I came across it today as I was going through some old files and instantly remembered how I felt when I began writing it and how concerned I was that the President and his pro-abortion allies would accelerate the growth of America’s abortion industry if they didn’t suffer losses in the upcoming election.  I began by titling the draft of what I intended to become a completed piece, Elections Have Consequences for the Unborn.

Elections Have Consequences for the Unborn

Before you cast your vote next month take the time to find out where your candidate stands on life.  Are they pro-life or pro-choice?  It makes a world of difference to the most vulnerable among us.

The pro-choicers will give you the standard talking point that they feel abortion should be “safe, rare, and legal.”  How can a procedure that results in the death of a human being 100% of the time be considered safe?  How can a procedure that has been performed in the U.S. over 50 million times since 1973 be considered rare?  And how can a society sanction the murder of innocent children under cover of the law?

Roe v Wade ushered in one of our nation’s darkest hours and sent America sliding downward to a point where the value of human life has been diminished.  This loss of respect for the sanctity of life has had a cumulative effect on our society, resulting in senseless violence in schools and neighborhoods that were once considered safe havens for our children.

The Obama, Reid, Pelosi regime has no problem with abortion on demand, and that speaks volumes on their stance on life and the right to life of America’s unborn children.

This is what Illinois State Senator Obama said on March 30, 2001 while arguing against a ban on abortions in Illinois: “Number one, whenever we define a previable fetus as a person that is protected by the equal protection clause or other elements of the Constitution, what we’re really saying is, in fact, that they are persons that are entitled to the kinds of protections that would be provided to a child, a nine month old child that was delivered to term.  That determination then, essentially, if it was accepted by a court, would forbid abortions to take place.  I mean it would essentially bar abortions, because the equal protection clause does not allow somebody to kill a child, and if this is a child, then this would be an anti-abortion statute.”  Mr. President: with all due respect; duh.

America deserves better, and has a lot of things that need to be made right. Reversing Roe v Wade is one of the most important.
