Letter to Wendy Davis #2

Senator Davis:

Since you’re in the tank for the abortion industry I thought it might be good for you to know a little bit about the grisly practices that you endorse.  When a child survives a saline abortion it is horribly burned and in excruciating pain.  Instead of providing medical treatment to save the life of the innocent child, what are the standard protocols for the abortion facility?  Many place the child in a bassinet or surgical tray, and leave it unattended to die.  Sometimes it can take days for the child to die.  Another favorite of your friends in the abortion industry is to place the living child in a bucket, place a lid on the bucket, and suffocate the child.

Senator Davis, do you know what a Sopher clamp is?  A Sopher clamp is a 13” long surgical steel clamp with 2” long serrated cutting jaws at the end.   This is the tool of choice for an abortionist performing a late term abortion and is used to rip the unborn pain-capable child apart, piece by piece until all that is left of a child that was healthy and alive minutes earlier is a surgical tray full of human body parts.

Some abortionists prefer to employ the following method to kill babies.  After dilating the cervix, the living child is injected with Digoxin to stop its heart from beating.  This allows them to deliver a dead baby instead of a live one; nice and neat, very little blood, very little mess.

Like it or not, abortion mills are kind of like slaughter houses.  Most people don’t really know what goes on inside and most people don’t want to know.  If you support abortion you have to know how it’s done and what the consequences are, for both the mother and the child. Senator, if you’re so proud of your support for the abortion industry you should be equally as proud of the procedures they employ while plying their deadly trade.  When can I expect to see you describing these procedures to your supporters?

Senator Davis, you seem like an intelligent woman.  I refuse to believe that you’re not aware of the human misery and culture of death associated with the abortion industry.  I also refuse to believe that an intelligent woman, armed with the facts, can’t make an informed choice and change her position on the legal slaughter of America’s children.

Senator, many of the techniques used to kill children in America’s abortion mills originated in the concentration camps of Nazi Germany.  The Holocaust pales in comparison to the 56 million children killed in America’s abortion mills since 1973.  The world looked the other way during the Holocaust of World War 2 and many Americans are doing the same during the modern Holocaust being conducted by the abortion industry.

I refuse to look the other way and I’m committed to closing the doors of every abortion clinic in America.  Senator, as the great Lee Iacocca once said: “Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way.”

Senator Davis:

What does it feel like to fight against a ban on killing pain-capable children, all so you can get your 15 minutes of fame?  As an elected official you have an ethical obligation to advocate for the positions of your constituency.  As a human being you have a moral obligation to protect and preserve the lives of the most vulnerable among us, our unborn children.

You’ve signaled that you may run for Governor of Texas.  Please run.  Run on your pro-abortion credentials and see firsthand how to lose by a landslide.  Thank God for Texas.  You picked the wrong state to try and claw your way to the top over the bodies of dead babies.  Run and show America how a politician can find fame by promoting abortion while knowing very little about the abortion industry and while accepting the industry’s blood money to promote their culture of death.

Senator Davis, I look forward to watching you try to defend your position in favor of allowing pain-capable unborn children to be aborted.  I wish you could see my 4 day old grandson, who was born 5 weeks before his due date, as he lies in an incubator getting stronger and getting closer to going home every day.  I can assure you that my grandson is pain-capable, having watched his reaction to his 3 hour blood draws.

Senator Davis, the closure of all but 5 abortion clinics in Texas, due to legislation that you fought tooth and nail against, will save countless thousands of innocent lives.  Good luck trying to justify your stance against it.  Senator, when I look at you I try to understand how a mother could fight so hard to allow other mothers to have their children killed.  I wonder if you will encourage your own daughter to have your grandchildren killed.

Senator, you can put on your happy face and say you support abortion because of your “love of liberty, the freedom to choose what your future will hold” and the clueless lemmings that follow you don’t have any idea what you’re talking about.  I really can’t blame them though, because you don’t know what you’re talking about either.  Actually, the shear ignorance, narcissism, and naïveté of this statement are stunning.  Senator Davis, “the freedom to choose what your future will hold” does not mean that an unborn child can be summarily executed in order for its mother to choose what her future will hold.

Your pro-abortion stance has made you the left’s latest rock star.  It will ultimately be your undoing.  Apparently you never got the memo that the left eats its own once they outlive their usefulness.

Senator, hug your daughter tonight and thank God that you allowed her to be born; then think, for just a moment, about the 1.2 million children the abortion industry that you support will kill in America this year.

Letter to Congresswoman Pelosi #1

Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi

Congresswoman Pelosi:

Since you’ve stated on countless occasions that you are a devout Catholic, how do you explain your vote against the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act?  Better yet, how do you look your children and grandchildren in the eye after casting a vote to allow pain-capable babies to be ripped apart at the hands of an abortionist?  I’m sure you’re a good mother and grandmother but I honestly don’t understand the hypocrisy.

Believe it or not, I agree with you.  I support a woman’s right to choose.  A woman has the right to choose many things, however she does not have the right to choose to have an unborn child killed.  What you and your friends on the pro-abortion side don’t understand or simply choose to ignore is that the unborn child living inside a woman is a separate, unique, living human being.  The unborn child has its own DNA structure and, if not aborted, will most likely get to claim its Right to life just like you, me, and our kids and grandkids.  A baby is not part of the woman’s body.  The baby has its own body and simply depends on the mother for supporting its development until birth.

Congresswoman, there’s no gray area between abortion and life; life is either allowed to run its natural course or it’s ended in a violent manner. There also is no gray area between pro-life and pro-abortion.  Taking a stance as being pro-choice simply tells the world that you don’t have the courage to take a stance for or against abortion.  Translation; pro-choice means pro-abortion.

As a proud parent and grandparent I can think of no higher calling than protecting our children and grandchildren, born and unborn.  A child in the womb, in my mind, is just as much alive as I am.  America allows 1.2 million children to be aborted every year.  That’s 1.2 million living, human beings killed under cover of the law.  Legal or not, it’s morally wrong and you know it.

Congresswoman Pelosi, in spite of the fact that we are diametrically polar opposites on the issue of abortion, I honestly believe that reasonable people can come together to make the world a better place for the most vulnerable among us.  Look inside yourself; forget about elections, pandering to the abortion industry, and your past positions on so called abortion rights.  Decide that you will defend the Right to life for all living, human beings.  It’s never too late to do the right thing.

Thank you for considering my request.

Letter to Senator Boxer #1

Senator Barbara Boxer

Senator Boxer:

Even though we live on different sides of the country we’re united as Americans.  As a pro-life American I dream of a day when all our unborn children are allowed to exercise the same Right to life that you and I treasure.  By now I’m sure you’ve figured out that we are on opposite sides of the debate when it comes to abortion.  In spite of our differences, I’m sure we can agree as parents and grandparents that saving our pain-capable unborn children from the indescribable agony of abortion is the right thing to do.

Senator, the House has done its part and passed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act; now it’s your turn.  No reasonable person can justify the torturous killing of a living, but unborn 5 month old child.  You have spoken out in the past against waterboarding and subjecting murderous terrorists to physical and mental discomfort.  Please speak out now against killing innocent children.

Majority Leader Reid has indicated that he may allow a vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.  The least you can do is consider this bill with an open mind and an open heart.  Think of your own children and imagine the void in your life if they had never been given the chance to be born.

Senator Boxer, at 20 weeks old and older, unborn children are killed with a procedure known as dilation and evacuation. This procedure is performed by literally ripping the living, pain-capable child apart, limb by limb.  No child should ever have to die in this manner; and as a politician who has spoken out against torture, I can’t imagine how you could justify your opposition to a bill designed to protect them.  You and your fellow Senators have a chance to make history with this bill and the opportunity to save untold thousands of innocent children.

I plan to spend the rest of my life fighting for the lives of our unborn children.  No child should fall asleep tonight nestled safely in its mother’s womb, only to suffer a ghastly death tomorrow at the hands of an abortionist.  Please join me in protecting these children.

Senator Boxer, I respectfully request that you speak out in favor of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act and vote for its passage in the Senate.  America’s children deserve no less.

Letter to Senator Cardin #1

Senator Ben Cardin

129 East Main Street, Suite 115

Salisbury, Md. 21803

July 18, 2013

Senator Cardin:

Majority Leader Reid has signaled that he may be receptive to allowing a Senate vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.  As a pro-life advocate I support this legislation.  Although I support the Right to life for all unborn children, I know that this fight will not be easy and will not be won quickly or without setbacks.

Sir, like you, I’m a parent and grandparent.  I treasure my children and grandchildren.  My 2 year old grandson is the joy of my life and we are anxiously awaiting the birth of his little brother in September.  I believe that my unborn grandson is just as much alive and human as you, me, and the rest of our family members.  I also believe that it is unconscionable that my daughter could walk into any abortion clinic in Maryland tomorrow and have my unborn, yet alive, grandson killed as a simple matter of convenience.

Senator, the preferred method of abortion for children 20 weeks old and older is dilation and evacuation.  This procedure is performed by literally ripping the unborn, pain-capable child apart, limb by limb.  Sir, I can’t imagine the indescribable agony and suffering these children endure as they are killed in this manner.  I also can’t imagine a civilized society allowing this procedure to be performed one more time.

I can think of no higher calling in life than the honor of protecting the most vulnerable among us; our unborn and newly born children.  I don’t know where you stand on abortion and I really don’t care.  What I care about is saving lives and insuring that every unborn child has the opportunity to experience the same Right to life that you and I were granted.

Senator Cardin, an incontrovertible fact is that 100% of the politicians opposed to the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act were allowed to be born.  Wherever you stand on abortion, allowing pain-capable children to be slaughtered at the hands of an abortionist cannot be justified.

I therefore respectfully request that you speak out in favor of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act and vote for its passage in the Senate.  Our children and grandchildren deserve no less.
