Mr. President:
For today’s exercise let’s talk about honor, let’s talk about morality, and let’s talk about justice. First, an incontrovertible fact: Kermit Gosnell murdered thousands of innocent children in a squalid hellhole with Planned Parenthood’s knowledge and implied consent. Fact: Your administration refused to comment on this case during the trial and has been conspicuously silent since it ended.
Mr. President, the facts of this case should sicken even a soulless organization like Planned Parenthood. As for your silence, one can only assume that your lack of outrage signals your approval of Dr. Gosnell’s grisly practices.
Kermit Gosnell acted as judge, jury, and executioner for thousands of unborn and newly born children and in spite of the unimaginable pain and suffering he caused, he was allowed to live. For his crimes against humanity he was sentenced to life. Mr. President, shouldn’t our unborn children deserve at least the same accommodation as Dr. Gosnell? He got life. Let’s impose the same sentence on our children; life.
As for your friends at Planned Parenthood, I think it’s time they took an extended vacation. Killing hundreds of thousands of children every year is hard work and I’m sure they need a break. Maybe they should take their kids with them too since they were allowed to make the cut and avoid going to Planned Parenthood’s ‘take your child to work and leave it there forever day’ at the office.
Speaking of the office Mr. President, is anybody home at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue? I’ve written 23 letters to date and all I’m getting from the White House is the sound of crickets chirping. I guess you could blame your lack of response on the sequester and staff cutbacks. Maybe they’re just busy planning your $100 million trip to Africa.
Sir, many years ago, an honorable man, Edmund Burke, famously stated “all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.” I truly believe that the battle for the right to life for our unborn children is a battle between good and evil. I’m prepared to fight this battle for the rest of my life and truly believe that America’s abortion industry will see its end in my lifetime.
Mr. President, as your good friend George W. Bush said on September 11, 2001, “You’re either with us or against us.” What’s it going to be?
