To Whom it May Concern:

I was recently appalled to learn that Planned Parenthood was alive and well at your location, less than 2 miles from my home.  I was even more appalled after visiting your website where I learned that you would accept a young woman’s high school I.D., report card, or class schedule as forms of identification.  I can’t tell you how disappointed I am that the abortion industry has opened shop in my Town.

Obviously, I don’t know who will be reading this letter, but in a town this size you’re probably a friend, a neighbor, or an acquaintance of an acquaintance.  Times are tough and work is hard to come by, but is it really worth it to work for an organization that kills over 300,000 babies a year?  Like it or not, you’re being paid with blood money.

Have you read your website?  Isn’t it ironic that your site says the following? “We do not provide childcare services.  We request that you please make childcare arrangements.”  I guess in a perverse kind of way your clients are making childcare arrangements, aren’t they?  I am confused, however, because under your abortion tab you clearly state “Please do not bring children with you to the health center.”  This presents a dilemma on many fronts.  How is a mother supposed to kill her child if she doesn’t bring it with her? Maybe you just don’t want post-birth children to see what happens at your facility.   Whatever the reason for your ‘no children’ policy, I agree with you.  A Planned Parenthood clinic is no place for a child to be, at any stage in its life.

Every dose of Mifepristone(RU486) that your facility administers to a pregnant mother will kill a living human being.  Every referral that you make to a clinic that performs surgical abortions will result in the death of an innocent human being.  Every time a desperate young woman pays you $375.00 for the abortion pill a living baby is about to die.  In my world, every life is priceless and ending one for a few hundred dollars is beyond repugnant.

You and I, and all your colleagues at Planned Parenthood were allowed to be born.  We weren’t guaranteed prosperity, success, or happiness; but we were given a chance.  You will never convince me that every unborn child doesn’t, at the very least, deserve a chance.

Every 94 seconds, somewhere in America your employer kills another innocent child.  I’m pretty sure that most of Planned Parenthood’s employees have never heard of Sophocles, but his work should be required reading for all of you.  He wrote the following: “There is no witness so terrible or no accuser so powerful as the conscience.”  I respectfully request that you dwell on this and rethink what you do for a living.

Ms. Richards:

Immediately after conception a new life’s DNA is encoded by a universal intelligence that most of us, in one form or another, call God.  Before a child draws its first breath this universal intelligence will have programmed into its DNA what color its hair and eyes will be, how tall it will be, its predisposition to certain illnesses, and even how fast its fingernails will grow.

However, nature leaves it up to us to teach our children to respect life and to protect it at all costs.  No one is conceived with their DNA preprogrammed to make them an abortionist, a mass murderer, or a saint.  These lifestyles and behaviors are learned and chosen, not predetermined; and that’s the double-edged sword of free will.

Ms. Richards, I’m pretty sure you didn’t decide as a little girl that you wanted to grow up to run an organization that would kill millions of innocent children.  You apparently made a conscious decision to hang out with liberal eugenicists and the ‘holier than thou’ crowd who, with their Right to life firmly intact, felt it was incumbent upon them to decide who got to live and who had to die.  While you and your friends in the abortion industry profess to be providing a needed service and protecting the rights of women, all you’re really doing is killing babies for money.

The dirty little secret is that over half the babies Planned Parenthood kills are girls.  So, unless your idea of protecting the rights of women involves killing them before they can be born, I believe you may need to rethink your mission statement.  While you’re rethinking your mission statement you may want to take another swing at your new slogan: “Care. No matter what.”  And while you’re at it you probably need to fire your marketing consultant too.

May I suggest you try truth in advertising?  How about “Kill. No matter when.”  I must admit that for an organization that kills hundreds of thousands of children every year, using a slogan like “Care. No matter what.” is a ballsy move, although according to Roget’s Thesaurus, care is not a synonym for kill.  You are, however spot on with “No matter what.”  Planned Parenthood is willing to kill as many babies as possible, no matter what the majority of Americans want, no matter what suffering you inflict upon millions of children, and no matter what it takes to increase your bottom line.

Ms. Richards, no child that is allowed to be born will grow up wanting to kill children for a living.  There is no justification for what you and Planned Parenthood do and you will ultimately be held accountable for your actions.  I honestly believe that you know this somewhere deep inside.  Look into your heart and decide that you will care; no matter what.

To Whom it May Concern:

If ever there was an oxymoron, it would have to be ‘gentle abortion.’  That’s how your firm describes the deadly procedures you perform when killing innocent babies.  I know the financial stakes are enormous, but at least have the courage to call what you do what it is; killing unborn children.

It seems that you and your fellow members in the abortion industry go to great pains to sanitize the descriptions of how you go about killing innocent children.  The description of surgical abortion between 14-24 weeks on your website states the following:  “When adequate dilation has occurred, the laminaria will be removed and your uterus emptied by the technique the physician feels is best for you.”  While your creative use of syntax is admirable, calling the brutal dismemberment of a living child and removing its body piece by piece from the mother’s womb “having your uterus emptied” is beyond the pale.  You also peg the redline on the BS meter when in the same sentence you state that this procedure will be performed “by the technique the physician feels is best for you.”  Apparently, in your minds, the needs of the living, but unborn child about to be killed and what is best for it are of no significance.

You also state that “Twilight sleep will be provided for all patients undergoing an abortion procedure in the second trimester.  This medication will relax you, reduce the amount of discomfort you may feel, and can inhibit memory formation.” One can only imagine the discomfort an unborn child feels as it is torn apart, piece by piece, suffering an indescribably agonizing death; but at least the mother will only feel minimal discomfort.  We all know why you administer drugs to the mother to inhibit memory formation.  What woman, whatever her stance on abortion, would want to remember the grisly details of her baby being killed in her presence?

Let’s cut to the chase.  We all know that you don’t perform abortions out of a sense of contributing to the betterment of humanity; you do it for money.  At night when you tuck your own children in and close your eyes do you ever think of the children you killed today at work?  Do you ever think of the unlimited human potential in every life that ended today at your hands?

I’m not so naïve as to believe that this letter will get past your receptionist, but I can always hope.  To whoever happens to open and read this; do you feel a sense of accomplishment and wellbeing from earning a paycheck from an organization that kills innocent children for money?

I anxiously await, but don’t expect, your reply to or rebuttal of my assertions.

Letter to President Obama #35

Attn:    President Barack Obama

July 29, 2013

Mr. President:

You and your friends in the abortion industry are constantly beating your chests and proclaiming your support for a woman’s right to choose.  What exactly is a woman’s right to choose?  Does a woman have the right to have another living, human being killed simply by asking that it be done and paying a fee to seal the deal?

Sir, for the sake of argument, let’s accept the premise that a woman does have the right to have another human being killed at her discretion; specifically, a baby growing inside her.  Does a woman’s authority to have the baby growing inside her killed have a time limit?  Is she good to go from the moment of conception right up to the instant before the child is born; or even right after?  Should she still be able to have her baby killed even if it is viable and capable of living outside her body?

Mr. President, the fact of the matter is that you, the pro-abortion crowd, and the abortion industry are operating under a false premise, and you know it.  No human being has the right to choose to have another human being killed, period.  Sir, any living human being at any stage of its life is no less valuable and has no less a Right to life than any other human being.

Sir, during the hour it took me to compose this letter, about 140 unborn children were killed by America’s abortion mills.  The tally keeps adding up, hour by hour, day by day.  These innocent children have done nothing wrong.  They are nothing less than God’s latest gifts to the world striving to complete their journey to birth and beyond.  American’s are rejecting these gifts at a breakneck pace and the value of a human life and the fee charged to end one has been set at anywhere from a couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars by Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry.

Mr. President, the leader of a free country has the moral obligation to do everything in his or her power to insure that every living human being within the realm of their influence is allowed to express and experience their Right to life.  By this standard, as well as many others, you have failed miserably.

Mr. President, should you decide to fight for the lives of our unborn and newly born children, I promise to help you in any way I can.

Your response to my concerns, while not expected, would be greatly appreciated.

Letter to Congresswoman Pelosi #1

Congresswoman Nancy Pelosi

235 Cannon H.O.B.

Washington, D.C.  20515

July 27, 2013

Congresswoman Pelosi:

Since you’ve stated on countless occasions that you are a devout Catholic, how do you explain your vote against the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act?  Better yet, how do you look your children and grandchildren in the eye after casting a vote to allow pain-capable babies to be ripped apart at the hands of an abortionist?  I’m sure you’re a good mother and grandmother but I honestly don’t understand the hypocrisy.

Believe it or not, I agree with you.  I support a woman’s right to choose.  A woman has the right to choose many things, however she does not have the right to choose to have an unborn child killed.  What you and your friends on the pro-abortion side don’t understand or simply choose to ignore is that the unborn child living inside a woman is a separate, unique, living human being.  The unborn child has its own DNA structure and, if not aborted, will most likely get to claim its Right to life just like you, me, and our kids and grandkids.  A baby is not part of the woman’s body.  The baby has its own body and simply depends on the mother for supporting its development until birth.

Congresswoman, there’s no gray area between abortion and life; life is either allowed to run its natural course or it’s ended in a violent manner. There also is no gray area between pro-life and pro-abortion.  Taking a stance as being pro-choice simply tells the world that you don’t have the courage to take a stance for or against abortion.  Translation; pro-choice means pro-abortion.

As a proud parent and grandparent I can think of no higher calling than protecting our children and grandchildren, born and unborn.  A child in the womb, in my mind, is just as much alive as I am.  America allows 1.2 million children to be aborted every year.  That’s 1.2 million living, human beings killed under cover of the law.  Legal or not, it’s morally wrong and you know it.

Congresswoman Pelosi, in spite of the fact that we are diametrically polar opposites on the issue of abortion, I honestly believe that reasonable people can come together to make the world a better place for the most vulnerable among us.  Look inside yourself; forget about elections, pandering to the abortion industry, and your past positions on so called abortion rights.  Decide that you will defend the Right to life for all living, human beings.  It’s never too late to do the right thing.

Thank you for considering my request.

Letter to President Obama #34

The White House

1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW

Washington, D.C.  20500

Attn:    President Barack Obama

July 26, 2013

Mr. President:

My second grandson is nearing the home stretch on his journey from conception to birth.  At nearly 8 months old he is a living, fully formed little human being.  He is being born into a loving family where he will be treasured as the gift to our family and the world that every child is.  He is also being born into a country that allows its unborn children to be killed in the womb instead of celebrating their birth.

Mr. President, you can help change this.  The Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act has made it through the House and now it needs to be taken up and passed in the Senate.  We both know that this bill has very little chance of passing the Senate without the weight of the Presidency behind it.  We both also know that honorable men do not allow the legal slaughter of pain-capable unborn children to continue unchallenged.

Sir, it has been estimated that at least 15,000 children over 20 weeks old are killed by abortion in America every year.  When viewed from the perspective of the 1.2 million abortions performed in America every year, 15,000 may not seem like a big number to some people.  However, when viewed from the perspective that every one of these 15,000 pain-capable, living children is torn to shreds in a brutally violent manner, and dies an unimaginably painful death, 15,000 is a big number.  Mr. President, for those of us on the pro-life side 1 is a big number and 1 is 1 too many.

Sir, you have spoken out against torturing the world’s most murderous terrorists.  Don’t you think you owe at least the same accommodation to America’s unborn children?  Your administration wanted to grant 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed a civilian trial, allowing him all the Constitutional rights that he violently stole from nearly 3,000 Americans.  And yet you choose to say nothing while millions of innocent children are killed by Planned Parenthood and America’s abortion mills every year.

Mr. President, it’s never too late to do the right thing.  You can save at least 15,000 children every year, starting now, simply by reversing course and expressing your support for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.  Encourage Majority Leader Reid to allow a vote on this bill and tell your friends in the Senate to do the right thing for America’s children.

After we work together to save America’s pain-capable children let’s come together to save the rest.  You know where to find me. I await your call.

Letter to Senator Reid #1

Senator Harry Reid

522 Hart Senate Office Building

Washington, D.C.  20510

July 24, 2013

Senator Reid:

I am writing you to express my support for the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act. You recently indicated that you may be receptive to allowing a Senate vote on this bill and I urge you to follow through and bring it to the floor for debate.  I understand that getting a bill such as this through the Senate will be a heavy lift but I think reasonable people can agree that the lives of our unborn children, at the very least, deserve to be given this consideration.

Sir, as parents and grandparents we both treasure our children and grandchildren.  I can’t imagine one of my children or grandchildren being ripped from limb to limb by an abortionist wielding a Sopher clamp.  Aborting pain-capable children by dilation and evacuation is a barbaric procedure and subjects a living baby to an indescribably agonizing death.  I urge you to investigate the details of this method of abortion.  It is a brutal and tortuous way to kill a living human being and has no place in a civilized society.

Senator Reid, America is better than this.  The American Dream is still alive and our unborn children deserve their chance to experience it.  Wherever you stand on abortion, allowing pain-capable children to be slaughtered cannot be justified.

Sir, my second grandson is scheduled to be born in September.  Even though he is a fully developed, living human being, my daughter could walk into any abortion clinic in my state tomorrow and have this child killed.  As a pro-life advocate I find this unconscionable.

Senator Reid, 100% of your colleagues in the Senate who are opposed to the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act were allowed to be born.  All I am asking is that we give the next generation of children the same accommodation.

I therefore respectfully request that you speak out in favor of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, allow it to be voted upon, and vote for its passage in the Senate.  Our children and grandchildren will be forever grateful.

Letter to Senator Boxer #1

Senator Barbara Boxer

112 Hart Senate Office Building

Washington, D.C.  20510

July 23, 2013

Senator Boxer:

Even though we live on different sides of the country we’re united as Americans.  As a pro-life American I dream of a day when all our unborn children are allowed to exercise the same Right to life that you and I treasure.  By now I’m sure you’ve figured out that we are on opposite sides of the debate when it comes to abortion.  In spite of our differences, I’m sure we can agree as parents and grandparents that saving our pain-capable unborn children from the indescribable agony of abortion is the right thing to do.

Senator, the House has done its part and passed the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act; now it’s your turn.  No reasonable person can justify the torturous killing of a living, but unborn 5 month old child.  You have spoken out in the past against waterboarding and subjecting murderous terrorists to physical and mental discomfort.  Please speak out now against killing innocent children.

Majority Leader Reid has indicated that he may allow a vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act.  The least you can do is consider this bill with an open mind and an open heart.  Think of your own children and imagine the void in your life if they had never been given the chance to be born.

Senator Boxer, at 20 weeks old and older, unborn children are killed with a procedure known as dilation and evacuation. This procedure is performed by literally ripping the living, pain-capable child apart, limb by limb.  No child should ever have to die in this manner; and as a politician who has spoken out against torture, I can’t imagine how you could justify your opposition to a bill designed to protect them.  You and your fellow Senators have a chance to make history with this bill and the opportunity to save untold thousands of innocent children.

I plan to spend the rest of my life fighting for the lives of our unborn children.  No child should fall asleep tonight nestled safely in its mother’s womb, only to suffer a ghastly death tomorrow at the hands of an abortionist.  Please join me in protecting these children.

Senator Boxer, I respectfully request that you speak out in favor of the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act and vote for its passage in the Senate.  America’s children deserve no less.

Dear staffer in the mailroom:

Since your boss seems to have more important things to do than read my letters or fight for the lives of America’s unborn children I thought maybe I should state my case to you.  First, I’m not judging you; in times of economic uncertainty I can understand how someone would take a job working for the person who, in large measure, is responsible for our economic uncertainty.

I’m confident that America’s entrepreneurs and our, for the time being, free market system will find a way to bring us out of our economic doldrums.  My concerns center around the culture of death your boss and his friends at Planned Parenthood are promoting for our Nation’s unborn and newly born children.  Being stuck in the mailroom, you may not know that every 94 seconds Planned Parenthood kills another American baby.  Last year they managed to kill nearly 334,000 innocent children and I’m sure they have high hopes of exceeding that number this year.

Since the President doesn’t seem interested in answering my letters, maybe you could ask him why he is against the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, a bill that would ban the abortions of pain-capable children 20 weeks old and older.  Ask him why he is against the ban on a barbaric procedure that is performed by literally ripping a living child to shreds with a device known as a Sopher clamp.

Your boss is the most pro-abortion President in our country’s history although he has the authority to end the carnage in an instant.  Ask him why the American taxpayers are forced to give Planned Parenthood over $500 million a year even though they are a non-profit organization that actually makes a profit.  Ask our Nation’s first black President why he endorses Planned Parenthood’s mission in spite of the fact that they were conceived by an avowed racist whose goal was the extermination of the black race.

I’m sure it’s busy in the White House mailroom and trying to decide which letters to shred and which ones to read is a daunting task.  I want you to know that I understand if mine doesn’t make the cut.  I’ll keep trying and eventually one will get through.

My side will win in the battle for life.  All I want is to change a few minds.  Maybe this letter ended up in your hands for a reason.  Ask yourself if killing our unborn children in their mother’s womb is what our country stands for; then ask your boss the same question.

Letter to President Obama #32

The White House

1600 Pennsylvania Ave. NW

Washington, D.C.  20500

Attn:    President Barack Obama

July 20, 2013

Mr. President:

By the end of your second term in office Planned Parenthood will have killed somewhere in the neighborhood of 2,700,000 babies; all on your watch.  You are presiding over a Nation where the leading cause of death for unborn children is abortion.  Sir, this is contrary to every principle our great Nation was founded upon.

I struggle daily to try to understand how we got to this point where we place so small a value on human life that we allow our unborn children to be slaughtered, usually as a simple matter of convenience.  I try to understand how so many Americans don’t seem to understand or just don’t care that a baby at every stage of development is a living human being, with the same Right to life as you and me.

Mr. President, or whoever is assigned to reading my letters, why does the leader of the free world spend more time commenting on the Trayvon Martin trial than he has ever spent defending the Right to life of our unborn children?  Why does he proudly speak before the assembled masses at Planned Parenthood’s annual gala and then Tweet his support for the pro-abortion mob in Texas as they oppose the ban on killing 20 week old and older babies?

I no longer recognize the country I grew up in.  Before Roe v Wade became the law of the land abortion mills like Planned Parenthood were considered pariahs; now our President embraces them and promotes their agenda of death.  Since 1973 America’s abortion mills have churned out 56,000,000 dead babies and the death toll rises every day.  Mr. President, our Nation is in danger of losing its moral conscience.  We are in dire need of principle centered leadership and you offer none.  We fight for laws to protect our unborn and our country’s leader opposes them.

Sir, in spite of the daunting task we face, I remain confident that my friends and I in the pro-life movement will ultimately prevail.  We’re not asking for much.  All we want is for every unborn child to be allowed the chance to be born.  We know that life doesn’t come with a guarantee of success, prosperity, or happiness; but every life deserves the chance to reach for these and more.

Mr. President, as much as you and your friends at Planned Parenthood would like me and my friends in the pro-life movement to think otherwise, we are on the right side in the fight for life.  You have sealed your place in history as the most pro-abortion President America has ever had and what you don’t seem to understand is that you could change that in an instant with one expression of support for the pro-life movement.    Try it.  See what happens.
