Letter to Planned Parenthood #15

Attn:    Cecile Richards

Ms. Richards:

Have you taken a stand on the killing of innocent civilians with chemical weapons?  Like every other American, I’m sure you’ve been following the news reports of the August 21st chemical weapons attack in Syria and your good friend President Obama’s linguini-spined reaction to the whole sordid mess.  I think you could add a unique perspective to the debate since Planned Parenthood attacks the world’s unborn children every day with chemical agents designed to kill them.  Do you think the hundreds of innocent children killed in Syria had in coming to them, just like the hundreds of thousands of innocent American children that you kill every year?

Tomorrow night while President Obama states his case for killing Syrians with explosives because other Syrians were killed with chemical weapons; will you be thinking of your own children or reviewing your daily reports to see how many other children your organization had killed by day’s end?

Some people think evil is a state of mind.  Others think it manifests itself in the actions one takes.  I think it’s both.  The mission and means by which Planned Parenthood carries out its mission proves my hypothesis.  Nothing other than evil will and intent could motivate an organization to open its doors every day while operating under a business plan based on killing unborn children on demand, for a fee.

Tomorrow night the President will propose a senseless act of violence as retaliation for a senseless act of violence.  All day tomorrow, just like today, Planned Parenthood will commit senseless acts of violence against thousands of American children, all with the singular purpose of killing them.

While President Obama and the world’s leaders posture and flex their military muscles, the world edges closer to a full-blown conflagration in which millions of people just trying to live their lives will die; all so a handful of egomaniacal blowhards can project their illusions of strength to their dwindling constituencies of believers.  Your organization takes a more direct approach to killing.  While politics and public posturing are integral to your agenda as well, the intended result of all you do is millions of dead children.

Every death of a child in a Planned Parenthood clinic carries with it unknown consequences for future, and now lost generations that were destined to be tied to the child you killed.  Every missile that reaches its target in Syria will bring an end to generations of someone’s family. When the world stops killing each other we will end our self-imposed limits as to how high we can go and how much we can achieve.

All my letters to you are published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  I’ll publish your unedited replies too, should you choose to do so.

Letter to President Obama #42

The White House

1600 Pennsylvania Ave.  NW

Washington, D.C.  20500

Attn:    President Barack Obama

September 8, 2013

Mr. President:

I just wanted to remind you that while the world watches with baited breath as you speak Tuesday night, America’s abortion industry will still be killing our unborn children at a rate of 1 every 26 seconds.  While we wait to see if you will unilaterally, albeit unconstitutionally decide to lob cruise missiles, at a million and a half bucks a copy, into Syria, America’s abortion mills will end another busy day with a final tally of about 3,300 dead babies.

Your friends at Planned Parenthood will be watching too.  They won’t be worried about the cost of this operation or the death toll though.  They know that they’ll still be getting their forced contribution from the American taxpayers this year of over $500 million; or the cost of somewhere between 300 and 400 cruise missiles.  Mr. President, Planned Parenthood will kill over 330,000 American babies with the $500 million they get from our government this year.  How many Syrian children will your ‘limited operation’ kill?  Have you done the calculation?  Do you care?

Mr. President, what is the logic behind killing innocent civilians with explosives because either their government or radical Islamists killed innocent civilians with chemical weapons?  Innocent children are killed every day in America with lethal chemicals.  Every day, toxic saline amniocentesis abortions are performed and every day lethal RU 486 drugs are administered to kill unborn American children and you say nothing. Every day the death toll in America’s abortion mills is more than double the highest reported number of deaths attributed to the chemical weapons attack you’ve chosen to make a “measured and appropriate’ response to.

Here’s a suggestion.  Make a “measured and appropriate” response to the killing of 1.2 million unborn children in America this year.  If you’re willing to spend billions of dollars to participate in a civil war between Al Qaeda supported rebels and a brutal dictator, surely you’re willing to put forth at least as much effort to defend the lives of America’s unborn children.  If you feel that the killing of millions of unborn children on your watch isn’t important enough for you to weigh in on, please explain why.  I’d like to know.

Mr. President, this is where I normally advise the recipients of my letters that I’ll be publishing them on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  I’m sure the NSA knows this already.  I’ll publish your replies and theirs too should either of you choose to reply; unedited of course.

Letter to Md. Board of Physicians #1

Maryland Board of Physicians

4201 Patterson Ave.

Baltimore, Md.  21215

September 7, 2013

Gentlemen:

As a citizen of the Socialist Republic of Maryland, I have one question for your organization.  What standards and guidelines do you follow to determine the professional and ethical competency of a physician licensed to practice medicine in my state?  Judging from your recent decision to lift the suspension of abortionist Iris Dominy, I can only assume that you have none.  Just how many botched abortions, resulting in the deaths of both a mother and child, do you feel a so-called ‘doctor’ should be allowed to get away with in Maryland?  In your defense, you did suspend her license to practice medicine for nearly 4 months.

Our state has a reputation as one of the most abortion-friendly states in the country.  Displays of abject ineptitude by your Board Members, like lifting the suspension of a negligent killer so she can kill again, confirms that our reputation is warranted. Gentlemen, at the time of her suspension this butcher didn’t even hold a current CPR certification.  By lifting Iris Dominy’s suspension you have enabled the killing of God knows how many more innocent children and virtually insured that more mothers will also die.

The State of Maryland owes its citizens, especially those of us on the pro-life side, an explanation as to why in 2006 it stopped reporting the number of abortions performed in our state.  I’m thinking it has something to do with the number and type of abortions you allow.  The citizens of Maryland should be able to trust their regulatory authorities to perform their duties in a manner consistent with generally accepted standards of professional comportment.  Allowing incompetent physicians to perform abortions in disgusting, third-world conditions is a violation of that trust.

I’m a small town guy and not nearly as sophisticated as a Board Member sitting on the Md. Board of Physicians, but I do have a standard that I would apply for allowing a physician to practice in Maryland.  If I would be comfortable with this physician treating my child or grandchild, I would have no problem licensing them to practice medicine in my state.  Gentlemen, would you be willing to entrust the care of your family members to Iris Dominy?

My letters to the Md. Board of Physicians are being published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  Should you choose to reply to any of my letters, I’ll publish your reply with no editing on my part.

Save the Ones We Can

Over the course of human history every great war has been won as a result of many small victories.  Every small victory came at a cost, and none were possible without the final victory in mind.  The moral and ethical dilemmas for those of us in the pro-life community are the carve-outs for rape and incest in most legislation designed to restrict abortion.  While we want to save them all, the reality in today’s political environment is that exceptions for rape and incest, the 1%, will necessarily be included in most bills that place restrictions on abortion for them to have any chance of passage.  So, does the pro-life community place its support behind these bills or stand on principle with an all or nothing approach.  I see the all or nothing approach as a lost opportunity to save lives while holding out for an end to abortion that won’t come all at once.  What have we gained if we stand on principle and millions of children continue to be killed? This is where I may be at odds with many in the movement.  The reality is that every victory for our side, whatever the exceptions, will save innocent children.

I realize that by taking this position some may call me pro-life light or even pro-choice; I disagree.  I’m committed to ending abortion in America and the world, but I’m also practical.  I see the appropriate course of action as accepting the small victories for what they are while we continue to fight for all the world’s unborn children.  We’re in a fight with an abortion industry and political organizations with virtually unlimited funds at their disposal as well as the support of most in the left-leaning media. The other side has too much at stake and too big a public platform to just go away without putting up a fight.  Winning the fight for life will not be attained in one fell swoop but by continuous and unrelenting effort by all of us.  Even if it requires our support for bills restricting abortion on the state and federal level that don’t go far enough, and even if these bills contain exceptions, I see each of these bills moving us closer to a world without abortion.  With every small victory the focus is narrowed on the remaining unborn children that we continue to fight for.  As the focus narrows, the pressure increases on those who try to justify the unjustifiable, and the glare of increasing public scrutiny will lead to their eventual undoing.

Even though children conceived of rape and incest represent less than 1% of all abortions performed in America, these children are no less deserving of life than any other child. The task for us in the pro-life community is to convince society that condoning the killing of an innocent child because of a crime its father committed serves no good purpose and does nothing but continue the cycle of violence.  Victims of rape and incest need to know that they have choices.  While they are often coerced into choosing to have their unborn child killed for the crimes committed by its father, they must also be aware that these choices will more than likely lead to a lifetime of second-guessing: Did I participate in a greater crime than that committed against me?  Was I complicit in the killing of an innocent child?  Is responding to an act of violence with another act of violence the right thing to do?  These victims also need to know that they can accept the child conceived of rape or incest into their family or opt for adoption, secure in the knowledge that a child that was granted life for reasons unknown to man will get its chance to make its unique impression on the world.

Napoleon won many great battles against superior forces by focusing his efforts on one particular point in his opponent’s defenses.  We can do the same.  The more small victories we achieve, the more we can focus our efforts on the 1% that most legislation excludes. The only perfect solution to abortion is for it to end at this very moment.  Since perfect solutions rarely present themselves, we must continue to chip away at the abortion mountain until all that remains is the rubble of the greatest evil ever perpetrated against humanity.

Letters to John Kerry #1

U.S. Department of State

2201 C Street NW

Washington, D.C.  20520

Attn:    Secretary of State John Kerry

September 5, 2013

Mr. Secretary:

On August 21, 2013 over 1,400 Syrian civilians, including over 400 children were killed in a chemical weapons attack by party or parties yet to be determined.  In response to this attack, the Obama administration, including you, are preparing to attack the Syrian military after giving them nearly 3 weeks advance notice of your intentions.  While you and President Obama wring your hands and posture for the cameras, the Assad regime is busy hiding assets and staging others in heavily populated areas in order to increase the death toll among innocent civilians as a result of any strike you may finally wage.  What is your end game and what outcome do you hope to achieve from the actions you propose?

On August 21, 2013 over 3,300 unborn children were killed in their mother’s wombs in America and not a word of protest was uttered by either you or President Obama.  Since August 21, 2013 nearly 53,000 unborn children have died in America’s abortion mills and still not a word of protest from you or anyone else in the Obama administration.

You claim that the proposed military action in Syria is necessary to protect America and her allies from the threat of attack by weapons of mass destruction while the death toll every day in America’s abortion mills is more than double the toll you are preparing to avenge.

Mr. Secretary, the actions you are proposing should not be about saving face or maintaining credibility, and should only be taken in the face of imminent threat to America and our allies.  The immediate and ongoing threat to America is the killing of 3,300 unborn children every day to the tune of 1.2 million a year.

Mr. Secretary, I’ve been writing to your boss for several months now, trying to get him to speak out for the pro-life movement.  So far, nothing.  I guess he’s been busy with all the golf, vacations, and celebrity concert nights at the White House.  Maybe you could have him commission a poll to see if it would hurt him politically if he were to speak out for America’s unborn children.

The civilian death toll in Syria as a result of any action we take will eclipse the number of deaths resulting from the chemical weapons attack.  Military action on our part that ends up killing innocent civilians will essentially be doing a brutal dictator’s job for him; so, once again, how does America benefit from this exercise of projecting a narcissistic President’s need to be seen as ‘strong’ to the world?

If your boss wants to look strong, tell him to fight to change the laws that allow our unborn babies to be killed.   If he wants to talk, he knows where to find me.  Tell him to follow the paper trail.

My letters to you will be published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  I’ll publish your replies with no editing on my part should you choose to do so.

Letter to Planned Parenthood #14

Planned Parenthood Federation of America

1110 Vermont Ave. NW

Suite 300

Washington, D.C.  20005

Attn:    Cecile Richards

September 4, 2013

Ms. Richards:

Good news!  My preemie grandson has gained over a pound and grown an inch in height since coming home on August 21st.  Where I come from we call that “growing like a weed”.  Speaking of weeds, I can’t wait until every Planned Parenthood parking lot is covered with them.  By the way, the 1,000 babies your organization killed today were growing like weeds too.  Much to your chagrin I’m sure, something else is growing like a weed; the pro-life movement.

Everyone in the pro-life movement has their own approach to ending abortion.  We’re all working towards the same goal, and together we’ll achieve it.  My approach is to send original, signed letters to people like you.  I feel it’s a more personal approach. I do it my way in the hope that whoever opens my letter will take the time to read it, or at least part of it.  And who knows; maybe one day one of them will make it all the way to you.  I spent many years as a martial artist and remember a friend and really tough guy once tell me, in slightly less appropriate language, that kicking someone’s butt is a very personal thing, so you owe it to them to do it well.  I promise to do my best as I join with my pro-life friends in kicking the abortion industry’s butt.

I have a question.  How do you plan to spend the $1.4 million President Obama is giving Planned Parenthood to promote Obamacare, and how can you prove to America’s taxpayers that this money won’t be used to fund abortions?  I also have a follow-up question.  Is there anything Planned Parenthood won’t do for money?

Ms. Richards, the career you have made a conscious choice to pursue; killing unborn children for a fee, will become clearly evident, at the moment you experience your own death, as a waste of the gift of life you were given.  I sincerely hope you live a long and healthy life and have a chance to make amends for all the suffering and death you have been complicit in.

The 1,000 children who died in your clinics today were doing the same thing both my grandsons are doing right now; growing and experiencing their individually unique expressions of life. They had their entire lives ahead of them, just like both my grandsons.  They represented life in its most pure of forms; as innocent children; just like both my grandsons.

Tonight, tomorrow, and as many tomorrows as it takes; I’ll continue to fight along with everyone else in the pro-life movement, to end abortion.  For me, it’s personal.

All my letters to you are published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  I’ll publish your unedited replies too, should you choose to do so.

Letter to Harry Reid #2

Senator Harry Reid

522 Hart Senate Office Building

Washington, D.C.  20510

September 3, 2013

Senator Reid:

Several weeks ago I wrote you asking that you bring the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act to the Senate floor for debate and an up or down vote.  As you know, the House passed this legislation on June 13, 2013. Since I haven’t heard back from you I can only assume one or more of the following things: 1. My letter was immediately fed into your shredder since key words such as pro-life and saving children don’t fit within your agenda. 2. The Zip Code on my letter indicated that I can’t vote for you so any issues I may deem important are of no concern to you. 3. Planned Parenthood and the abortion lobby has already pressured/paid/coerced you into never letting this bill see the light of day.  Although I’m not a betting man, I’m going with number 3, with honorable mentions for 1 & 2.

President Obama has stated that he will veto this bill if it ends up on his desk, so what do you have to lose by bringing it up for honest debate and then allowing a vote?  Just so you know, I also wrote your fellow Senators, Mikulski, Cardin, and Boxer; and not a word from either of them.  By the way, same result from multiple letters to the President.  Is it something I said?

Senator, during your summer recess from August 5th to September 6th over 100,000 unborn children will die in America’s abortion mills.  Sir, if 100,000 American children died from a preventable disease over the course of a month would your chamber show the same lack of concern?  Senator Reid, it’s been estimated that the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act will save at least 15,000 unborn, pain-capable children from agonizing deaths every year.  Procedures such as Dilation and Evacuation, the abortion industry’s method of choice for killing babies at this stage of development, literally rip a child apart to remove it from its mother’s womb, and have no place in a world where every new life is endowed with the very same right to life that you and I are currently exercising.

Senator Reid, passing the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act won’t cost the American taxpayers a dime.  All it will do is save at least 15,000 children from being brutally killed every year.  If you disagree with me, say so and tell me what the downside is for saving the lives of innocent children.

America is currently lead by the most abortion-friendly President in our history.  He’s against this bill for reasons that defy logic.  With your endorsement, this bill can pass the Senate and then with enough votes from Senators and Congressmen of good conscience, the President’s inevitable veto can be over-ridden and thousands of children doomed to die a torturous death will be saved.  Senator Reid, I’m begging you to do the right thing.

My letters to you are published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  Should you choose to reply, I promise to publish your responses with no editing on my part.

Letter to President Obama #41

The White House

1600 Pennsylvania Ave.  NW

Washington, D.C.  20500

Attn:    President Barack Obama

September 2, 2013

Mr. President:

I have the day off from my paying job today so it gives me time to focus on my unpaid job of fighting to end abortion.  In my letters to you, other politicians, and members of the abortion industry I state my case for life.  In stating my case for life my children and grandchildren are my point of reference.  I feel that grandparents have a unique point of perspective on life, having lived a good portion of theirs, welcomed their own children into the world, and then experienced the gift of welcoming their children’s children as well.

Mr. President, Holidays like today are special days for us in the pro-life community.  Not only do we get to spend time with our families, but we do so in the comfort that most of America’s abortion mills will be closed.  Over 3,000 doomed children are getting a 1 day reprieve in America today.  Without a miracle, most of them will die tomorrow.  I believe in miracles.  I’m a miracle and so is every other human being on the planet.  The 3,000 living, unborn children slated to die tomorrow in America’s abortion mills are no less a miracle than you or I.  They deserve the same chance to make their mark on the world that we were given.

I’m praying for a sick out at Planned Parenthood tomorrow.  I’m praying that every abortionist spending time with his or her family today will take a sick day tomorrow and reassess their life’s trajectory.  I’m praying that all the mothers scheduled to walk into an abortion clinic tomorrow will take today to contemplate the finality of having an abortion; to understand that they will be having the human being growing inside them killed, and that they have options that will allow the life developing inside them to run its natural course.

Mr. President, you have options too.  You can reverse your stance as the most pro-abortion President in history and change the world in an instant.  While you continue to waffle on your response to the chemical weapons attack on Syrian civilians, you’ve never waffled on your support for abortion and even allowing children who survive botched abortions to die.  Sir, the thousands of American children that will die in America’s abortion mills tomorrow will never celebrate Labor Day.  They’ll never get a chance to play in the rain or be the guest of honor at their first birthday party.

Mr. President, while you play golf and hide behind Congress when it comes time to make tough decisions, the slaughter of American children continues day in and day out.  Since you’re now in your 5th year as President how about stepping up and finally doing right by every American citizen, including those yet to be born.

Letter to Planned Parenthood #13

Planned Parenthood Federation of America

Suite 300

Washington, D.C.  20005

Attn:    Cecile Richards

September 1, 2013

Ms. Richards:

My preemie grandson was born on August 10th, nearly 5 weeks before his due date of September 14th.  In the 35 days between his birth date and his due date 115,000 babies will die in America’s abortion clinics.  Your organization, Planned Parenthood, will kill a third of these children.  And while you’re killing them you’ll continue to lobby for less restrictive laws on how many you can kill and how far into their development, including right up to birth, you can continue to kill them.

Ms. Richards, based on current abortion rates, over 30% of my grandchildren’s generation will be killed in its mothers’ wombs. Abortion is an epidemic that will kill well over a million American children this year alone; and unlike a deadly disease, every single death due to abortion is preventable.  The vaccine for abortion can be administered in a single dose.  It’s colorless, odorless, and the only known side-effect is life.  The vaccine; respect for the sanctity of every human life.  Contraindications to this vaccine are walking into an abortion clinic with the intention to have your child killed or looking the other way and telling yourself that abortion isn’t the #1 killer of children in America.

The vaccine for abortion is available to everyone at no cost.  It can be administered by any family member and there are no known risks of overdose.  Planned Parenthood could save over 300,000 children this year by prescribing this treatment to every pregnant woman entering its facilities.

Ms. Richards, the 1,000 children your staff killed today would be alive right now if your people had simply done nothing.  What other threat of needless death for 1,000 innocent children can be prevented by just doing nothing?  In what civilized world does an organization like Planned Parenthood, professing to be a health care provider, open its doors every day with the expressed intent of killing perfectly healthy unborn children?

Ms. Richards, as long as Planned Parenthood continues to kill babies I’ll continue to write letters, and your staff will continue to have to open and read my letters, and who knows, maybe someday one will actually reach your desk. My letters aren’t meant to annoy you, but if that’s what it takes to stop the killing, so be it.  I’m in this for the long run but have to admit that I’m getting time-compressed.  I’ll be 60 next year and abortion in America must end in my lifetime.  Anything you can do to help speed things along will be greatly appreciated.  As a matter of full disclosure, I’m a fitness fanatic and I might break 100, so don’t even think about trying to wait me out.  Just think about how many letters that would be.

As always, I’m publishing all my letters to you on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  Should you ever decide to reply to one of them I’ll publish your reply, unedited.  Hoping to hear from you soon.

Letter to NARAL #2

NARAL Pro-Choice America

1156 15th Street

Suite 700

Washington, D.C.  20005

Attn:    Ilyse Hogue

August 31, 2013

Ms. Hogue:

The innocence of a child is lost forever when its mother exercises her choice to have it killed before it has a chance to be born.  Innocent children are gifts to the world; gifts that are here to remind us to enjoy the simple pleasures, to show us how to live without hate in our hearts, to live every day like it’s our last, and to see anger as the waste of time and effort that it is.

Ms. Hogue, my 2 year old grandson went to the circus a couple days ago and afterwards advised me that his favorite new colors were elephant and pony.  I realize that to someone like you, who actively works to make it easier and more convenient for a mother to kill her unborn child, this may sound like gibber jabber.  To me, his Pop Pop who loves him more than life itself, it was a brilliant insight from the mindset of pure innocence as he described the latest new discoveries in his young life.

Ms. Hogue, I’m a student of semantics and BS, and after reviewing your mission and website it’s clear that your organization is proficient in twisting the former to sell the unsellable and piling on the latter to make it appear that you have anything that vaguely resembles a cogent, logical argument for your cause.  Try as you may, selling pro-choice as anything other than advocating for the elective killing of unborn children is a venture doomed to failure.  Your amateurish abuse of syntax and clever abbreviations while trying to portray your cause as a noble pursuit is about as flawed as Hillary Clinton making another run for the Presidency with a bumper sticker saying ‘Monica Lewinsky’s Ex-Boyfriend’s Wife For President.’

Ms. Hogue, let’s be honest.  Doesn’t NARAL sound so much better than National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action League? While we’re being honest, don’t you think the very least you could do is lose the abbreviations and say who you are and what you stand for in your organization’s name?  My blog is www.prolifepoppop.com; no ambiguities, no misdirection; I am who I am.

Thousands of unborn children will die today in America’s abortion mills and NARAL will be fighting to make it easier to kill even more.  While your side is fighting against life my side will be fighting for it.  America has some monumental choices to make.  We can continue to kill over a million of our unborn children every year and seal our fate as a failed experiment that was based on the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness as our foundation; or we can end the slaughter and welcome the unlimited human potential that is lost every time a confused young woman walks into one of America’s abortion mills.

Ms. Hogue, I welcome your reply in defense of your organization and will publish your rebuttals to my assertions with no editing on my part.
