Clueless

As I’ve noted before, I make it a point to follow the likes of Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and NAF on Twitter.  That way, I can keep track of the lies and misinformation they are spreading and call them out in a public forum.  Today I commented on tweets from Planned Parenthood and NARAL and was immediately engaged in a war of words with a clueless pro-abortion lemming with the Twitter handle @IcedFrenzy.

I can only assume from her grammar and writing style that @IcedFrenzy, otherwise known as Alexa, is a young lady with no idea when a human life begins and what the consequences are of ending one by abortion.  She insisted that an unborn child is not a child, but simply a clump of cells.  Her definition of a living child is a newborn taking its first breath.  Unfortunately, Alexa’s attitudes on the sanctity of human life are shared by millions of Americans who are just as clueless as she is.

I invited her to read my blog and learn something, although I doubt she ever will.  She told me to read a biology book. People like @IcedFrenzy are who I’m trying to reach with my work.  Changing the hearts and minds of the Alexas of the world is the only way to end the killing of our unborn children.

I hope she remembers our conversation and I hope that somewhere deep inside her heart I made an impression.  Alexa tried to convince me that abortion is a safe procedure, and took offense when I pointed out that a procedure specifically designed to kill a human being is anything but safe.  As much as we may not want to hear it, speaking the truth will always shine the light on lies and deception.  @IcedFrenzy has drunk the Kool-Aid of the pro-abortion crowd.  Her last tweet to me was “bodily autonomy is very much real. my rights override every single right a fetus has. every. single. one.”

This poor, clueless, individual has no idea that bodily autonomy is a two way street.  The unborn child living temporarily in a woman’s body is also an autonomous human being; a universally unique, separate, living, human being.

If Alexa happens to read this, I invite her to reengage in our conversation.  I may not bring her to the pro-life side, but as long as we are talking there’s a chance.

Another Year Older

plannedparenthood64Hillary ClintonPlanned Parenthood celebrated its 99th birthday yesterday.  While they were celebrating, they were killing babies at a clip of 1 every 90 seconds. They tweeted “Planned Parenthood turns 99 today – a history rich in milestones in the fight for global . .” My tweet to Planned Parenthood:  “Hoping you never see 100.” There is no logical reason to celebrate the birthday of an organization that kills over 300,000 children every year. Hillary Clinton tweeted “Planned Parenthood opened their first health center and changed life for women in America. Here’s to the next 99 years.”  My tweet to Hillary: “They changed/ended the lives of millions of innocent children. You’re a moron.”

As a pro-life blogger I subscribe to keeping your friends close and your enemies closer, so I follow low-life organizations like Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and NAF on Twitter.  I also follow their friends, like Harry Reid, Hillary Clinton, and Nancy Pelosi.  You can learn a lot about a person or an organization by reading what they post for public consumption.  Planned Parenthood and their cronies are unashamed in their praise for abortion and their disdain for those of us who want to shut them down.  They refer to killing unborn children as a mother’s right, and they call people like me anti-choice.  To them, anti-choice sounds better than pro-life.

I find it ironic that the world’s largest abortion provider celebrates its birthday while denying the right to life, and the birthdays that come with it, to thousands of babies every week.  As Planned Parenthood enters its 100th year, they’re scared.  They know that there is a real possibility that the over $500 million they receive every year from the U.S. taxpayers may go away.  They know that without this money they won’t be able to line the pockets of the pro-abortion politicians who fight to keep abortion legal in America.  They know that when killing babies for money is no longer legal, they’re out of business.

My hope is that Planned Parenthood never makes it to 100.  My hope is that the more than 300,000 children they plan to kill during their hundredth year are able to live long, happy, healthy lives.  I hope to celebrate what would have been their 100th birthday in a world where they no longer exist and abortion is only a painful memory of man’s inhumanity to his fellow man.  My hope is that the $500 million birthday gift Planned Parenthood has gotten used to getting from us every year is redirected to helping children instead of killing them.

As far as I’m concerned, 99 years is about 99 years too many for an organization like Planned Parenthood.  The meaningful birthdays are the ones their intended victims will be able to celebrate.  I plan to do everything in my power to make this year Planned Parenthood’s last.

The Problem With Abortion

Contrary to popular opinion, the problem with abortion isn’t that it’s legal; the problem is that otherwise rational people don’t have a problem with it.  Abortion is the end result of a systemic erosion of basic values in our society and a conditioned response to a no consequences mindset.  We got to this point by entertaining ourselves with senseless acts of violence, and in the process became desensitized to senseless acts of violence; like abortion. We’ve abandoned the concept of personal responsibility and bought into a herd mentality that we’ve been tricked into thinking will absolve us of the consequences of our individual actions.

In January of 1973, five out of nine old white guys in black robes declared that Roe v Wade was the law of the land. Over the last 42 years nearly 60 million unborn children have been legally killed under cover of law.  The law isn’t the problem. The demand for abortion is the problem.  Legal or not, if the demand for abortion wasn’t there, there would be no Planned Parenthood or the parasitic leaches like NARAL and the NAF that depend on them.  If the demand for abortion wasn’t there, another unborn child wouldn’t be killed every 26 seconds of every hour of every day in America.

We all share in the blame for the thousands of children killed every day in our nation’s abortion mills.  Those of us on the pro-life side could have worked harder on behalf of today’s innocent victims.  The citizens of America making a living in the abortion industry, could have gone home and looked into the eyes of their own children, and realized the shared humanity between their children and the ones they helped kill today.  Our elected leaders  could look inside their hearts and realize that, like it or not, they are looked upon by those they lead as role models.  The positions they support and the behaviors they endorse are deemed the norm by the ones that put them in office.

The problem with abortion is its definition; the act of killing an unborn child.  The problem with trying to justify killing an innocent child is that there is no justification.  I can continue to write about the horror of killing innocent children and the moral ramifications to a society that allows abortion on demand until my fingers wear to the bone.  If my actions don’t save lives or help end the practice of abortion, I’ve accomplished nothing.  If I give up and hope that someone else will take my place, I’ve wasted the gift of life I was given and turned my back on the calling I feel in my heart.

The problem of abortion won’t go away on its own.  Neither will I.

Letter to NARAL #5

NARAL Pro-Choice America

Attn:    Ilyse Hogue

May 3, 2014

 Ms. Hogue:

I continue to be amazed and dismayed by the steps NARAL and other pro-abortion organizations will go to in order to promote the killing of unborn children.  Misinformation, outright lies, and distortion of the facts are all you have to work with in your quest to justify the unjustifiable.  Your latest effort; pressuring Google to remove ads for Crisis Pregnancy Centers from its sites.  Crisis Pregnancy Centers provide counseling, medical care, and alternatives to abortion for pregnant women.  You oppose these Centers for one reason only; money.  You know that every mother they convince to allow their baby to be born is one less baby the killers you support will get to kill; for a fee, of course.

In your recent letter to me you referred to people like me as ‘anti-choice zealots.’  I think we both know that every time you use the phrase ‘anti-choice’, what you really mean is pro-life or ‘anti-killing innocent children.’  I may be a zealot, but at least I have the intellectual honesty to say what I believe without having to use code words like reproductive freedom and a woman’s right to choose.  I also refer to the killing of a baby as the killing of a baby, not a choice.

Ms. Hogue, I stand behind my beliefs, and in the end I’m prepared to accept whatever judgment may come my way as a result of what I believe and promote.  Can you honestly say the same?  Ms. Hogue, what is abortion care?  While I make no claim to being particularly intelligent, I’m having a hard time understanding how care can be associated with the act of killing an innocent child.  None of the 3,500 unborn children killed yesterday received care, unless your definition of care is a sudden, violent death.

I just returned from lunch and drove through the parking lot of my local Planned Parenthood clinic on my way home.  Thankfully, they’re closed today.  They won’t be prescribing death to my grandsons’ future friends again until Monday.  Ms. Hogue, the struggle between the pro-life movement and the abortion industry all boils down to a numbers game.  Your side sees every dead child as one more number on a ledger sheet and one more deposit of blood money to your account.  My side sees every unborn child as a priceless gift to humanity, a priceless gift worth fighting for; whatever the cost.

Ms. Hogue, on your website and in your letters and promotional literature you fail to acknowledge, even once, that the ‘choices’ you advocate for a woman’s right to make, represent the killing of tiny, living human beings.   You fail to acknowledge, even once, that abortion results in the death of a human being every time one is performed.  Your modus operandi of avoiding the truth about what you do will be your ultimate undoing.  I anxiously await that day.

April 30, 2014

As a pro-life advocate, I subscribe to the standard of keeping your friends close and your enemies closer.  I follow Planned Parenthood, NARAL, and other baby killing organizations on Twitter and Facebook.  I’ve also managed to end up on NARAL’s email and mailing list.  In today’s mail I received 3 petitions from NARAL with instructions to sign them where my name and address had already been neatly entered for me and to mail them back to NARAL.  They would then deliver them to my 2 Senators; Barbara Mikulski, and Ben Cardin, as well as my Congressman, Andy Harris. The text of the petitions read as follows: I am outraged that a woman’s right to choose is under constant attack. I urge you to support comprehensive family-planning initiatives and legislation that protects a woman’s right to choose.  Please do everything in your power to ensure that abortion care remains safe and legal in this country. All I had to do was add my signature, stick them in the envelope they provided, and mail them back to NARAL so they could hand-deliver them.  Needless to say, my next letter to NARAL will not include my signed petitions

The petitions also came with a 4 page letter decrying the fact that pro-life legislation is making it harder to kill babies in America.  They refer to pro-life organizations as anti-choice zealots and express their concern over North Dakota’s “personhood” measure that will be on the 2014 ballot.  The abortion industry is terrified of “personhood” legislation.  They know that once an unborn baby is deemed to be a person, abortion is off the table.  In the 4 pages of this letter, NARAL mentioned “a woman’s right to choose” every couple lines.  Never once did they mention a baby’s right to live.  NARAL and their President, Ilyse Hogue are bottom-feeding scum suckers.  I don’t know how NARAL could possibly think that I’m a supporter, but it’s nice to know how they operate.

Last October I wrote the following letter to NARAL’s Ilyse Hogue as they were endorsing pro-abortion Senate candidate Cory Booker.  I wanted to know what she had against children.  I’m still waiting for her answer.

 Ms. Hogue:

I’m just checking in to let you know that while I wait for you to respond to my letters I am still dumbfounded that an organization such as yours, who openly advocates for the right to have unborn children killed on demand, is allowed to operate in America.  I always thought the country I grew up in, and voluntarily placed myself in harm’s way for while serving in its military, placed the right to life for everyone including its unborn children, as its most important freedom.  I never in my wildest dreams would have thought that the country I love would elect an ‘American Idol’ President with absolutely no executive experience or qualifications for the job.  And I never would have dreamed that an American President could be as radically pro-abortion as the floppy-eared dunce currently occupying the White House.

At my age I’ve seen a lot and I’ve also decided that it’s time to take a stand for life.  That means NARAL and Planned Parenthood need to close their doors today.  You may think I’m being naïve by making such a demand, but I’m not.  I know in my heart, without a doubt, that mountains can be moved by sheer intention, as long as the intender is absolutely unwavering in his faith that the end result will come to pass.  I can see the end of abortion and I can see the padlocked doors of NARAL and Planned Parenthood.  You will see them soon.

While we’re waiting for you to close, how about explaining why your organization had to coach Newark, N.J. Mayor Cory Booker so he could give the answers you needed on your endorsement questionnaire.  Apparently, for him to get NARAL’s endorsement for his run for the Senate seat in New Jersey, and all the blood money that comes with it, he really has to jump through some hoops. He’s already in favor of partial-birth abortion, virtually no restrictions on abortion for any reason, and against requirements for parental notification for minors seeking abortions. What else do you need from the guy?  To be any more in your camp he would have to be performing the abortions himself.  Actually, Cory Booker wants so badly to be considered relevant, he would probably take a stab at being an abortionist if he thought it would help him get elected.

Ms. Hogue, what do you have against children?  Granted, they burp, fart, and occasionally puke, but I’m going to go out on a limb and speculate that you do as well.  They also have a tendency to get whiney and poop in their pants; something that I would guess you will be doing when you finally realize that NARAL has worn out its welcome in America.

Get a real job and leave our kids alone.  And get some help for that farting, burping, and intestinal growling.  It’s really unbecoming of an unemployed baby killer.

As always, my letters to you are published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com.  Write back and I’ll publish it, unedited.
