Re:       Dr. Mehrdad Aalai

License No. D26712

July 7, 2013

Gentlemen:

I am writing to inquire as to the licensing status of Dr. Mehrdad Aalai.  It is my understanding that Dr. Aalai is currently serving a 2 year probationary period as it applies to his license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland.  It is also my understanding that Dr. Aalai is currently operating an unlicensed abortion clinic at the following address:

Annapolis Road Medical Center

5632 Annapolis Road, Suite 7

Bladensburg, Md.  20710

My question is this: If Dr. Aalai is indeed operating an unlicensed abortion clinic at the above location; does this constitute a violation of his probation and provide grounds to suspend or revoke his license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland?

Thank you in advance for your timely attention to this matter.

Dr. Aalai:

I’m a bottom line kind of guy, so I’ll get right to my point.  Why are you operating an unlicensed abortion clinic in my state?  A better question yet is why are the Maryland Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene and the Md. Board of Physicians allowing a doctor who has had his medical license revoked, reinstated, then suspended on numerous occasions, and is currently practicing medicine in violation of a 2 year probation, to operate in plain view, right under their noses?

Actually, there are several reasons why you are able to get away with what you are doing in Maryland.  To begin, Maryland has some of the most liberal abortion laws in the nation.  We also have a left-wing wacko with Presidential aspirations running our state who doesn’t want to piss off his pro-choice/pro-abortion base; and our regulatory agencies are, at best, dysfunctional paper tigers when it comes to enforcing state law and holding medical professionals accountable.

But back to you, Dr. Aalai; with your long history of working with the worst of the worst in the abortion industry, Maryland is a perfect fit for you.  You’re able to run your sleazy slaughterhouse as a cash-only business to avoid creating a paper trail while you fly under the radar of our clueless bureaucrats.

Dr. Aalai, in your defense, aside from your well-documented history as an unethical cretin, specializing exclusively in the killing of unborn and newly born children, if there wasn’t a demand for your services you would not be in my State and would not be leaving a bloody trail of dead children, as well as mothers, damaged for life by your obvious failings as an incompetent medical professional.

Sir, by copy of this letter, I am initiating inquiries with the Maryland Dept. of Health & Mental Hygiene and the Md. Board of Physicians as to the status of your medical license and the status of your compliance with COMAR as it relates to the licensing requirements for the operation of an abortion clinic in the State of Maryland.

Hopefully, the next knock on your door won’t be coming from a scared, desperate woman, thinking she has no options other than entrusting her body and the life of her unborn child to a paid killer, but a Md. government official slapping a Cease & Desist Order into your sorry mug.

Not to worry though; I’m sure your friends in the abortion industry will find suitable accommodations for you in another abortion-friendly State so you can continue to be that ‘go to guy’ for women wanting to make that ‘little problem’ just go away.

Ms. Richards:

I just reviewed a list of the Margaret Sanger Award recipients from 1966 to 2012 and had to write you.  Receiving an award in honor of an avowed racist, who advocated the extermination of the black race and founded an organization that kills innocent children for a fee, is, at the very least, a dubious distinction. A prerequisite for receipt of this award surely has to be the ability to execute a perfect fake smile as well as the ability to suspend all evidence of reality as to what the award stands for.

Ms. Richards, you and Planned Parenthood are a blight on civilized society and represent the ultimate in hypocrisy.  While you and the hired killers in your employ were allowed to exercise your God-given Right to life, you now openly advocate for and perform the selective killing of our unborn children, denying them the very same Right.

Ms. Richards, do you not care that your clinics are killing living human beings all day, every day?  Do you not care that the Universe has a perfect accounting system and that you will be held accountable, if not in this lifetime, in the afterlife for the crimes against humanity you are committing?  The nearly 334,000 children you killed last year represented unlimited human potential and so does every life you take, every 90 seconds.

Remember my name.  I’m the one who will close the doors of Planned Parenthood and America’s abortion industry in my lifetime.  Whether you remember my name or not, really isn’t that important; there are millions more Americans just like me, working toward the same goal.

Ms. Richards, please stop using innocuous sounding phrases like reproductive health care, family planning, reproductive choice, and safe abortion care.  At the very least, have the courage to call what you do what it is: Killing innocent children for money.  If you and your murderous organization truly believe in what you’re doing, do it for free; take the financial component out and see how long your dedicated staff and supporters hang around when they’re not being paid.  And while you’re at it, stop taking over $500 million a year from the American taxpayers.

Ms. Richards, ponder this; the thousands of innocent children your organization kills every week have the same Right to life that your 3 children had from the moment of their conception.

Your reply to and rebuttal of my assertions, while not expected, would be appreciated.

Mr. President:

Spending the day Saturday with my 2 year old grandson marked another day of unremarkable events that I would not trade for anything.  The little things like watching the joy on his face as he tossed coins into a shopping mall fountain and his unbridled happiness as he performed a test run with his new shoes were priceless.

Mr. President, the emotions I feel when I’m spending time with my grandson represent a double-edged sword for me.  While I love my grandson unconditionally and know that he feels the same for me, always in the back of my mind is the nagging realization that while we are spending our quality time together, somewhere in America scores of innocent children are becoming the latest statistics in the abortion industry’s deadly march to infamy.

Sir, I just don’t understand why you and the pro-abortion crowd don’t get it.  My 2 year old grandson gets it.  He knows that his little brother, scheduled to be born in September, is alive just like him.  He knows that the natural course of events for his little brother are for him to finish his development inside his Mommy’s tummy and to then join him as his newest friend and playmate.  It’s not a difficult concept to grasp.  Maybe we should all view the lives of our unborn children through the prism of an innocent child’s unbiased perception.

Mr. President, I hope you are lucky enough to become a grandfather someday.  Something changes inside you when you get to know and love the children of your children.  You develop a new appreciation for life and see the new lives that come into yours as the miracle that they are.  I have my grandson to thank for the epiphany that he inspired within me that led me to join the pro-life movement.

Mr. President, the force of life is relentless.  It can’t be denied and it will prevail in the end.  Instead of swimming against the tide and promoting a culture of death with the elective killing of our unborn children, why not rise with the tide of life and see how high it can take us?  Your friends at Planned Parenthood will have to train for a new specialty, but change is good, right?

Back to Saturday with my grandson: My favorite part of a long day filled with unremarkable yet unforgettable events; holding my grandson in my arms as he napped and dreamed as only a child can.

Mr. President:

This past Tuesday in Austin, Texas pro-abortion protesters screamed “Mary should have aborted Jesus” and “Hail Satan” as a group of pro-life advocates were singing Amazing Grace on the steps of the capital.  It’s no coincidence that the majority of the pro-abortion mob were paid protesters, being paid by none other than your good friends at Planned Parenthood.  Mr. President, you must be so proud that Planned Parenthood’s Cecile Richards and her pro-death automatons receive over $500 million a year from the American taxpayers to promote their industry of death.

Mr. President, are there any depths of depravity to which you and your friends at Planned Parenthood will not go to in order to promote your agenda for  the elective killing of our unborn children at any stage of their development?

Sir, as you know, Tuesday’s protests were conducted by the very same mob that disrupted the Texas State Senate vote last week to ban the abortions of children 20 weeks old and older.  Your support for the mob’s Alinsky style tactics was made quite evident when you Tweeted “Stand with Wendy” as they disrupted a lawful democratic process that they didn’t agree with.

Mr. President, to paraphrase your wife’s infamous statement: “For the first time in my life I’m proud of my country”; for the first time in my life I’m disgusted by the man occupying the Oval Office.

Sir, I’m happy to report that the Texas bill to ban abortion beyond 20 weeks is out of committee and will be signed into law this month, despite your efforts.  What I will never understand is why you and your base in the pro-abortion crowd are so hell-bent on being able to kill our unborn children.  Please explain to me what ‘abortion rights’ are.    Do ‘abortion rights’ endow a woman with the right to arbitrarily have her unborn child killed simply by declaring that the child no longer has its right to life; a right that only God can bestow?

Mr. President, you have to admit that when it comes down to having to resort to blasphemy and praising Satan to advocate for your cause, your cause has run its course; and when that is all you have, you’re done.

The tide is turning.  We’re winning and you know it.  The painfully bright spotlight of the truth is shining on the abortion industry, revealing all its warts, bumps, wrinkles, and baseless justifications for what they are and what they do.

I’ll join your side for a moment in advocating abortion.  I propose the post-birth abortion of the abortion industry.

Mr. President:

With Independence Day rapidly approaching, what better time could there be to declare the independence of our unborn and newly born children?  Sir, Natural Law, wherein our Creator endowed humanity with certain unalienable Rights, including Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness cannot rationally exclude our living, but yet to be born children.

Mr. President, our Founders advocated these Rights for the masses, and all Americans of good conscience are morally obligated to advocate and protect these Rights for our children.  Sir, are you with us or against us?

Natural Law and the law of man universally hold the premeditated murder of any human being as a violation of law and all that is just and right.  Mr. President, the intentional killing of an unborn living child by an abortionist is no less a crime against humanity than the ‘murder for hire’ execution of an innocent man by a paid killer.

Mr. President, the tragedy at Sandy Hook took the lives of 20 innocent children and our nation was justifiably outraged.  Today, Planned Parenthood will kill over 1,000 unborn children without a single photo-op or statement of outrage from your administration.  Is the killing of a living, unborn child at any stage in its prenatal development any less a murder of an innocent human being than that of an innocent child in school?

Sir, choices come with consequences.  The consequences of a woman’s choice to abort her baby are the death of an innocent child and a lifetime of second guessing and possible reproductive health issues for the mother.  The consequences of a doctor choosing to become an abortionist are a medical professional who took an oath to ‘First Do No Harm’ becoming a mass murderer.  And the consequences of a President who chooses to look the other way and do nothing are the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent children every year.

Mr. President, much to the chagrin of you and your friends at Planned Parenthood, the abortion industry has gotten a lot of negative press recently.  The exposure of monsters like Kermit Gosnell and the efforts of several States to severely restrict or ban abortion are shedding an unflattering light on the Holy Grail for liberals; the legal killing of  our unborn children.

I’m standing up for independence and the Right to life for all our children and grandchildren.  There’s plenty of room on my side and everyone is welcome.

Mr. President:

Watching the torrential rainfall outside my office window this morning reminded me that rainy Mondays are part of the Universe’s grand blueprint for life on earth.  The reality is this:  If every day brought sunshine and birds singing, life as we know it would come to a rather quick end.  Rainy Mondays are a part of our lives to teach us to appreciate and give thanks for those rare and fleeting days of bright sunshine and cloudless skies.

Mr. President, rainy Mondays and beautiful sunlit skies are symbolic of the successes and failures in all our lives and also stand as a testament to the hope and promise of better days to come.  We can be assured that the rain in all our lives, from a raging torrent to an imperceptible mist, will eventually yield to the light, and the truth that comes with it.

Mr. President, my dream is that every innocent child is spared from the hands of the abortionist and lives to play and frolic through countless rain showers and the brilliant sunlit days that will most assuredly follow.

Sir, as a pro-life advocate, some days are harder than others.  Knowing that, despite our best efforts, thousands of innocent babies will be killed in their mothers’ womb every day can sometimes lead us to believe that the rain will never end.  However, being steadfast in our faith that the rain always ends and the light always returns provides those among us of good conscience the motivation to fight the good fight until this dark period for our nation’s unborn ends with the unceremonious death of the abortion industry.

Mr. President, the sun has shone on Planned Parenthood for over 40 years now and they have rained death upon our children for far too long.  Their rainy day is coming and like rain always does, it will wash away that which is impure and allow life to flourish.

Sir, here’s to rainy days and sunshine and a new era where all our unborn children will be loved and cherished as the gifts from God they are.

Mr. President, in closing, one can only hope that enough rain will fall to wash the smell of death from the hands and hearts of you, the pro-abortion crowd, and the industry of death you promote.

Mr. President:

Recently, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi was asked to explain the moral difference between killing a baby inside the womb as opposed to killing the same baby shortly after birth.  In a classic example of cranial rectal insertion, this glittering jewel of colossal ignorance simply answered that the priest asking the question was “being hysterical.”  Mr. President, you must be so proud of Ms. Pelosi, who claims to be a devout Catholic out one side of her mouth while simultaneously advocating for the brutal killing of our unborn and newly born children out the other side.

Sir, as I’ve stated in previous letters to you, the pro-abortion side, including you, Ms. Pelosi, Planned Parenthood, and the rest of your friends in the abortion industry represent the ultimate in hypocrisy.  One inconvenient fact that none of you can dispute is that 100% of you were allowed to be born.   How dare you and your ilk, after receiving the gift of life, deem yourselves to be the arbiters of who gets to live and who doesn’t?

Mr. President, please keep trotting blithering idiots like Ms. Pelosi out in front of the cameras to state the case for legal abortion.  Her clownish demeanor and abject ignorance of the facts, combined with her seeming inability to organize and communicate a rational thought makes her one of the best friends the pro-life movement could ever have.

Mr. President, another unintentional friend of the pro-life movement is State Senator Wendy Davis of Texas.  Her 11 hour filibuster this past week of Texas’s ban on aborting unborn children 20 weeks and older was a circus.  By using delaying tactics and civil disobedience within the Senate chamber, she and her co-conspirators were able to run out the clock on a bill that she knew was going to pass.  What I will never understand is how a mother of 2 can be so willing to fight against protecting unborn children from an excruciatingly barbaric death after medical science has proved that they can feel the pain of being killed.

I happened across Senator Davis this morning as she was taking her victory lap on Face the Nation.  Although unlike Ms. Pelosi, being able to communicate in complete sentences, the premise she relies on and the illogical justification of her actions is no less baffling.  One of Sen. Davis’s problems with the bill was a provision that would impose stringent medical competency requirements on abortion providers, resulting in the likely closure of all but 5 abortion centers in Texas.  Her problem, in her eyes, was that women seeking to have their child killed at an abortion clinic would now have the hardship imposed upon them of having to drive a longer distance to have it done.

Mr. President, if ignorance is bliss, you and your pro-abortion friends have been doubly blessed with both.

Mr. President:

Last night during my weekly ‘grandson night’ we had dinner together, played, and read his favorite books.  Thursday night is the time during every work week that I drop everything, including writing letters to you, to bond with my little buddy and  let him know how much he is loved.  I will never cease to be amazed by the miracle of life that brought this little boy into my family just a little over 2 years ago; changing all our lives forever.

Mr. President, last night as my grandson sat on my lap, we watched his little brother, now at 29 weeks into his young life, as he moved from side to side inside my daughter’s rapidly expanding baby bump; responding to the sound of the family he will be meeting in September.  Sir, knowing that even at this advanced stage of development, my unborn grandson could still be legally killed under our country’s abortion laws, provides me the inspiration I will use to end abortion in my lifetime.

I don’t know how I will do it.  All I know is that I have been called to achieve this goal and that it will all fall into place as long as I am resolute in my mission and accepting of the assistance that I know will come from people I have yet to meet and from circumstances that have already been set in motion by a much greater power than my humble self.

Mr. President, years of misinformation and covering up the real truth about abortion by Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry has worked to their benefit.  The general public has little or no knowledge about the brutality of the abortion process or the shear scope of the carnage that it has inflicted upon America’s unborn.  Therein lies the problem.

Knowledge is power, and shining the light on the horrors of America’s abortion industry and the barbaric procedures they employ is the key to stemming the tide of infanticide in our country.  Mr. President, I’m confident that most Americans, upon learning the truth that our unborn children are being literally torn to shreds and poisoned to death in America’s abortion mills, will embrace the pro-life movement.

Mr. President, you, me, and the abortion industry know that they’re not in business to protect women’s health or reproductive rights; their one and only motivation is money, and the high margin item on their list of services is killing babies for a fee.

Drop me a line and let me know when we can get together to talk about ending abortion in America.
