Mr. President:

Today may have been a relatively uneventful day for most people.  For me, it was just another day at the office until I got the call from my daughter asking if I could pick my grandson up from daycare, since they were closing early due to bad weather.  That’s when my day took a dramatic turn for the better.

Having the opportunity to spend 2 hours with this precious child made my whole week.  As we sat together, listening to the approaching thunderstorm, he snuggled close to me, knowing that whatever the storm brought, Pop Pop would protect him.

Mr. President, the scourge of abortion has denied millions of grandparents the feeling of trust and unconditional love that I feel when I am in the company of my grandson.  There is no greater honor for me than to be entrusted with the care of this child and I would die for him without hesitation if need be.

Mr. President, it’s time that our country got its collective head screwed on straight.  We’re allowing Planned Parenthood, as well as others, to kill our unborn children as a matter of convenience, and frankly, as a means of routine contraception for some.  This has to stop.

As long as our society allows its unborn children to be killed for a fee and discarded like trash, our country will continue its rapidly increasing decent into moral oblivion.  Sir, as I’ve said in previous letters, none of which you have replied to, I believe America was divinely inspired.

Having been divinely inspired, we have a sacred obligation to hold in reverence the sanctity of all human life, especially those of our children.

Mr. President, indulge me tonight as you look into your children’s eyes.  Remember all the hugs, tears, skinned knees, and birthday parties.  Imagine the void that would be in your life if your 2 beautiful daughters had never been allowed to be born.  Imagine the indescribable pain that would have been inflicted upon them had they been aborted, and then tell me that you still believe that abortion should be legal and performed hundreds of thousands of times a year in this country.

Sir, you’re a smart guy.  You know that killing our children is wrong.  You don’t have to worry about getting reelected.  Do the right thing.  The world is watching.

Mr. President:

Since you claim that your inner circle doesn’t tell you anything, I just wanted to let you know that the House will be voting on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act next week.  This bill, if passed, will ban abortions on living human beings 20 weeks old and older.

While I don’t think this bill goes far enough, I’ll take every small victory for our innocent children and be grateful for it.  Medical experts say that unborn children can feel pain as early as 8 weeks into their young lives, so my question to you and the murderers at Planned Parenthood is this; does the fact that these innocent children die an excruciating death at the hands of an abortionist bother you at all?

I’m quite sure that your surrogates and those representing the abortion industry are hard at work behind the scenes to protect their cash flow from late-term abortions, whatever the science says and regardless of the reality of the pain and suffering they inflict.   Hopefully, enough men and women of principle will resist the arm-twisting and do right by our children.

Mr. President, I think we both know that whatever the House does, this bill is dead on arrival at the Senate.  We both also know that a little arm-twisting of your own can get this bill through the Senate.  Then, all you have to do is sign it, and countless thousands of innocent babies will be afforded the most basic and most important of all human rights, the right to life.

Try to forget for a moment that money is more important to your good friends at Planned Parenthood than the lives of our country’s children and do the right thing.  Sir, God knows you’ve made a total mess of this country in less than 5 years, but being remembered by historians as the man who stemmed the tide of abortion and stood up for the right to life of the most vulnerable among us will seal your place in history.

Mr. President, I’m a bottom line kind of guy so I’ll give it to you straight; your administration is the most corrupt in the history of our country, even the left-wing media is turning against you, and you could really use a little positive PR right now.  Push the bill, sign the bill, and make a whole lot of new friends.  Trust me; you’re going to need them.

Mr. President:

One saving grace of being a citizen of the socialist republic of Maryland is having the Baltimore Ravens to cheer for.  Since we have a Governor who, incredibly, is even to the left of you and just as pro-abortion, we savor the small pleasures such as a Super Bowl Champion football team.

I was especially happy to hear that Ravens center Matt Birk blew off your White House reception for his team as a matter of principle.  Like me, Matt is appalled that the President of his country could stand before Planned Parenthood and state “God bless Planned Parenthood.”   Matt Birk is a pro-life advocate and not meeting with the first sitting President in history to speak before Planned Parenthood was a no-brainer.

Mr. President, in their latest Annual Report Planned Parenthood reported that they had performed nearly 334,000 abortions during calendar year 2011-2012.  That’s 334,000 innocent children brutally killed for profit, for no good reason, and with your approval.

Sir, Planned Parenthood is a disgrace to our country and the world.  As much as they try to dress up what they really do by calling it reproductive health care, we all know that they’re in the business of killing children.  I wonder how many of my fellow Americans will have to pay taxes for their entire life to cover the tab for the nearly $543 million Planned Parenthood received from our government last year.  Just think how many hungry children could have been fed with this money and what contribution to our society and the world these innocent children, who are killed at the rate of 1 every 94 seconds, could make if just given the chance to live, just like you, me, and the abortionist were given.

Life is a relentless force and will ultimately prevail in spite of the best efforts of you and Planned Parenthood to stifle it.  Try as you may, you and your fellow pro-abortion hypocrites cannot continue to kill hundreds of thousands of innocent children every year without consequences.  Mr. President, our God given gift of free will is a 2 way street.  While He grants us free will, we will all be held accountable for how we exercise it.  Have you given any thought to how you will address our Creator when the time comes for your inevitable meeting with Him?  Let me give you a friendly heads up; He doesn’t buy political spin or BS, both of which you are admittedly fluent in.

With all due respect, may I suggest the closing for your next speech before the murderers at Planned Parenthood; “May God have mercy on Planned Parenthood.”

Mr. President:

I am constantly tormented with the knowledge that as I go about my daily routine, living my life, and providing for my family, innocent babies are being brutally killed in unspeakably barbaric procedures in America’s abortion mills, every hour, and every day.  These precious children have committed no crime and deserve no punishment.  They are God’s gift to the world and yet our laws continue to allow them to be slaughtered by the thousands.

Mr. President, at the end of my life when I stand before God I will proudly proclaim that I did everything I could to save our children, and I will ask for His forgiveness for not being able to save them all.  Sir, in my humble opinion, there can be no higher calling in this life than saving innocent children from the horror of abortion.  I know you and I disagree on the subject of abortion, but sir I ask you to look at the numbers.  At least 350,000 children will die in Planned Parenthood’s abortion clinics this year.  That’s another 9/11 by a factor of nearly120 every year.  If 350,000 adults were slaughtered in America this year do you think anyone would be outraged?

Just so you know, I have decided that since you are joined at the hip with Planned Parenthood, I will be copying them on all my letters to you from this point forward.  Hopefully the time they spend shredding my letters will be time they’re not spending dismembering innocent children.

America’s abortion industry is nothing less than our generation’s holocaust.  The world was justifiably outraged when 6 million Jews were exterminated by Nazi Germany for no reason other than just being who they were.  All Americans of good conscience should be just as outraged that our laws have led to the murder of over 56 million children since Roe v Wade.  And sir, it’s getting worse.  So called bio-ethicists are now debating post –birth abortion and are proposing that parents should be able to abort their children up to the point that the child realizes its personhood; about 2 to 3 years of age.  This begs one to ask if our civilization can devolve any further.

Mr. President, I won’t stop asking for your help and I won’t just go away.  This is too important.  Let’s work together to end the scourge of abortion in our great country.

Mr. President:

Last weekend I had the distinct privilege of spending 2 days with my 2 year old grandson.  Mr. President, I would not trade the last 2 years with this wonderful child in my life for anything.  Looking into my grandson’s eyes and knowing that he knows he is safe and unconditionally loved is absolutely priceless.

Sir, it is no less than a national tragedy that hundreds of thousands of innocent children will die a brutal and horrifying death this year in America’s abortion mills.  These children will never enjoy the loving embrace of a parent or grandparent.  They will never feel the awe and sheer delight of watching their first butterfly take flight.  These miraculous creations of God will never look into a loved one’s eyes and know without a doubt that they are safe and loved.

Mr. President, I believe the Founders of our nation were divinely inspired and that America was to be God’s example to the world that peace through strength, and respect for the dignity of every human life was the key to freedom and happiness for all.  Our Founders even put it in writing.  Sir, America has strayed from the foundation she was built upon.  We are better than this, and I will never accept the indiscriminate slaughter of our unborn and newly born children as business as usual in the greatest country on earth.

Mr. President, your silence during the recent trial of Dr. Kermit Gosnell was deafening.  This monster brutally murdered thousands of unborn and newly born children in a house of horrors and not a single statement was issued by your administration before, during, or after the trial.  The truly horrifying fact is that there are hundreds more abortionists in America who are as bad as or even worse than Kermit Gosnell.

Sir, if you are proud of your stance on abortion why did you back out as the keynote speaker at Planned Parenthood’s annual gala during the Gosnell trial?  What do you think it says about our country when our President celebrates the success of the world’s largest abortion provider?

Mr. President, as I’ve stated in my previous letters, one short statement from you in support of the pro-life movement could literally move mountains. Sir, as the elected leader of our country you have the sworn duty to protect the rights of all Americans, born and unborn.  All I ask is that you do your job.

I will do anything to help you save our nation’s children.  Let me know how I can help you.

Mr. President:

You’ve had a rough time lately with all the scandals and corruption in your administration.  I hate to break it to you, since your closest advisors apparently keep you out of the loop, but the Benghazi scandal, the IRS scandal, the DOJ surveillance scandal, and the Fast & Furious scandal are all growing legs and even members of your own party are beginning to ask for answers.

I guess surrounding yourself with corrupt, unscrupulous bureaucrats has its consequences.  As a pro-life conservative, I never thought I would be offering to help a far-left socialist President, but here goes.   First of all, I think you know that you have to change the news cycle in a dramatic way, and fast, or your entire administration is in danger of falling.

Here’s what you need to do.  Visualize this:  You walk into the Rose Garden before the assembled masses, look into the teleprompter, read the statement that I will compose for you below; and in the vernacular of our youth, “drop it like it’s hot.”  Your ‘get out of jail free’ statement is as follows:

Ladies and gentlemen; there comes a time in everyone’s life when, in the words of Alexander Hamilton, “If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything.”  Today I choose to stand for life and officially endorse America’s pro-life movement.  I know this is a radical departure from my previous position on abortion and it comes after much introspection and prayer.  The greatest nation on earth cannot have as its legacy that we failed to protect the weakest and most vulnerable among us and that we murdered our unborn.  I have directed the Attorney General to petition the Supreme Court for immediate injunctive relief from Roe v Wade.  Additionally, I stand ready to assist the House and Senate in working towards the permanent repeal of Roe v Wade.  And last, but not least, today I signed an Executive Order permanently ending the transfer of taxpayer dollars to Planned Parenthood.  This is the first step towards correcting the greatest human tragedy in our nation’s history.  May God bless our children and the United States of America.

So there you have it Mr. President.  All you have to do is have one of your staff load your statement into TOTUS, look into the screen, and read someone else’s words just like you do every day.  The children of America will thank you and you might even actually earn a Nobel Peace Prize this time.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Mr. President:

Today my daughter and I enjoyed lunch together while we discussed the upcoming birth of her second son; my second grandson.   While we enjoyed a delightful lunch, over 140 unborn and newly born children were slaughtered in America’s abortion mills.  Each of these children was a one of a kind, unique, living human being.  There never was and never will be another human being exactly like any of these children who died today at the hands of an abortionist, while America ate lunch.

Mr. President, in America a mass murderer is afforded his or her Constitutional rights, can petition the court for mercy, and must be judged guilty beyond a reasonable doubt before sentence is passed.  In America’s abortion facilities the sentence is always death, there is no appeal, and mercy is never considered.

Sir, babies are being summarily executed in unspeakably barbaric procedures while pro-abortion advocates such as yourself say that abortion should be “safe, rare, and legal.”  How can a procedure that is designed to result in the death of a human being 100 percent of the time be considered safe?  How can a procedure that has been performed over 56 million times since 1973 be considered rare?  And how can the intentional murder of an innocent child be considered legal?

Mr. President, life does not begin at birth; it begins at conception.  My unborn grandson is just as alive as you and me and deserves the same right to life that we both enjoy.  Like every new life, he represents unlimited human potential.  Life can only be granted by God and it should not be up to us to end a life that He has allowed to begin.

Sir, I am not a politician.  I don’t care about being popular, how I look in the polls, what my favorability rating is, or whether people like me or not.  All I care about is doing everything I can to protect our unborn children and ending the taxpayer support of Planned Parenthood.

Mr. President, a simple statement from you in support of the pro-life movement could result in a quantum shift in our nation’s attitude towards the legal slaughter of our children.  Sir, you don’t have to worry about getting reelected.  A public change of position by you proclaiming your acknowledgment of the sanctity of human life could literally change the world.  What greater legacy could you leave?

Please consider my request.  Please help save our children.

Mr. President:

My yet to be born grandson is 24 weeks old.  During the sonogram in his 18th week of life we watched in awe as he moved his fully formed arms, legs, toes, and fingers.  We watched his beating heart as he sucked his thumb and played with his ear.  We watched him move in response to his mother’s voice and witnessed the faintest hint of a smile on his little lips as if he already knows how much he is loved.

Mr. President, it’s now 6 weeks later, and my daughter could walk into any abortion clinic in my State and have my grandson legally murdered should she be so inclined.  At 24 weeks gestation, the abortionist’s preferred method of murdering a child is a relatively innocuous sounding procedure called Dilation and Evacuation.  Please indulge me as I briefly explain the brutality of this procedure.

After administering drugs to dilate the mother’s cervix, a plastic 1” bore catheter is inserted into the amniotic sac surrounding the baby.  The catheter is then connected to a vacuum device and the amniotic fluid is drained.  The abortionist then uses a Sopher clamp to methodically dismember the living child.  A Sopher clamp is a 13” long stainless steel device with 2” serrated jaws at the end.  The abortionist inserts the Sopher clamp into the birth canal until he feels the baby and then clamps down, twists, and rips out whatever body part he encounters first.  It may be a tiny arm, a leg, sometimes the baby’s fully intact head, a hand, or a foot.  The abortionist continues to dismember the child until nothing is left but a surgical tray full of body parts that was a living human being just minutes earlier.

Mr. President, I can’t imagine the agony an innocent child must experience while being murdered in this manner and my eyes are filled with tears as I realize that hundreds of American children suffer this same type of excruciating death every day in our nation’s abortion mills.

Sir, we are better than this and our children deserve to be loved and protected, not brutally murdered for the sake of convenience.  We will all be judged on how we treat the weakest and most vulnerable among us and we all know the difference between right and wrong.

Mr. President, I think it is safe to assume that you and I disagree on just about everything; however I’m begging you to speak out in defense of our unborn and newly born children.  Sir, I also ask you, with all due respect, isn’t it ironic that everyone in favor of abortion was allowed to be born?  Please help us end infanticide in America.

Letter to President Obama #3

Mr. President:

 May 27, 2013

As I write this letter my family is preparing to celebrate Memorial Day in honor of our nation’s fallen heroes who gave all to protect our God given rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  These selfless men and women were not selective in who they were making the ultimate sacrifice for.  They died for all of us, including our children, born and unborn. Sir, we owe it to these heroes to insure that their sacrifice was not in vain.

When our Founders immortalized forever the words life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, life was first for a reason; for without life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are rendered mute.  The right to life is not reserved exclusively for our strongest but for the weakest and most vulnerable among us as well.

Mr. President, the continued slaughter of our unborn and newly born children in Americas’ abortion mills is a barbaric affront to all our fallen heroes and the values they died for.  The world looks to America as an example for all that is right and honorable, and the legal slaughter of our children is neither. Sir, our duty to preserve and protect the lives of our innocent children is a sacred trust we are honor bound to fulfill at any and all costs.

Please join me in working to defund Planned Parenthood and repealing Roe v. Wade.  Mr. President, all the pro-abortion positions you have taken in the past can be made right simply by a change in perspective and an expression of respect for the sanctity of all human life at all stages of life.  One pro-life statement from you can save millions of lives and change America forever.

Sir, during your first campaign for the Presidency you said you were going to fundamentally change America, and you have, for the worse.  Now is your chance to fundamentally change America for the better.  America is hungry for principled leadership.  Lead.

I await the non-reply to my unimportant concerns for the unborn from an uninterested, unwilling, administration whose interests are more focused on the next round of golf and the next gala White House concert.  Give Beyoncé my best.

Letter to President Obama #2

May 21, 2013

Like all my fellow Americans, I mourn the loss of 9 innocent children as a result of yesterday’s tornado in Moore, Oklahoma. I also mourn the loss of 40 innocent children every hour, every day in America’s abortion mills.

The children in Moore, Oklahoma had their whole lives in front of them as their day began yesterday. So did the nearly 1,000 unborn and newly born children who met their fate yesterday in an act of murder that our society chooses to call abortion.

I wonder if it would make a difference if the pro-abortion crowd knew that Planned Parenthood’s founder, avowed racist Margaret Sanger, established her evil empire with the expressed purpose of exterminating the black race, to whom she referred as human weeds. I wonder if they would care that you voted against the Born Alive Infant Protection Act three times while serving in the Illinois State Senate.

Mr. President, I know you have a lot on your plate these days with the Fast & Furious cover-up, the Benghazi cover-up, the IRS cover-up, the DOJ wiretapping cover-up, and the growing realization by even your fellow liberals that ObamaCare is a colossal disaster; so all I ask is that you take a few moments tonight to look into your heart and look into the mirror and ask yourself if the legal slaughter of our unborn children should be the legacy of the greatest human experiment in the history of the world.

Before this letter glides through the White House shredder think about the 55 million abortions performed in America since 1973 and what these lives could have contributed to the world. Hell, Mr. President, if it will help bring you to the pro-life side, think of all the tax revenue these lives would have contributed. Some of the uninformed among them may have even voted for you.

Sir, I feel so strongly about the pro-life movement that I plan to spend the rest of my life promoting a pro-life culture. I feel that I owe it to my 2 grandsons and all the innocent children of the world to do what I can to protect the most vulnerable among us.

Mr. President, it only takes an instant to change your mind and agree that our children deserve the same right to life that our Founders so eloquently enumerated for all of us on July 4, 1776. There’s plenty of room on my side and everyone is welcome. Please join us.
