Attn: President Barack Obama
March 18, 2015
Mr. President:
Despite your best efforts, Benjamin Netanyahu was reelected yesterday in a landslide. The security and welfare of the Israeli people are in good hands; unlike my country. Their borders are secure and they know their elected officials have their back. Thanks to you, in large part, my government is spending my grandsons into perpetual debt and forcing many of my fellow Americans to reevaluate their retirement plans. Our borders are non-existent and we kill our own at a much faster clip than any of our enemies could ever dream of.
While Benjamin Netanyahu fights for the survival of his nation, my government sends over $500 million to Planned Parenthood every year so they can kill our unborn children. During your tenure as President, America’s abortion mills have killed over 2 million more children than the entire population of Israel. As I write this, your willing accomplices in the Senate are attempting to sabotage the Justice for Victims in Trafficking Act; legislation designed to fight sex trafficking, because it doesn’t provide funding for abortion. You and your allies apparently think that protecting funds for abortion is more important than protecting women and girls from human trafficking.
What more should we expect from an administration that is lead and run by amateurs, and in the pocket of the abortion and environmental lobbyists? Mr. President, principled leadership seems to have no place in your administration. America, while in decline, is still the best hope for the world. Thumbing our nose at strong allies like Israel and negotiating with terrorist States like Iran, so they can develop nuclear weapons, is lunacy. My grandsons deserve better, and so does the world.
The blessings we share as Americans obligate us to help those in need. No one needs our help more than our children. We have the power and the moral imperative to protect our children and to leave them a world that is better than we found it. We are honor bound to fulfill this obligation and will be held to account for the fruits of our actions or inaction.
Mr. President, since you’re so fond of your phone and your pen, try putting them to good use. Call your dogs off and let the Justice for Victims in Trafficking Act become law. While you’re at it, endorse the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act and save thousands of unborn children from horrible deaths. Who knows? You may just discover that using your authority to perform good works is a good thing.
As always, my letters to you are published on my pro-life blog at www.prolifepoppop.com. Write back and I’ll publish it, unedited.
